The insurance company that represented SCS who's driver hit my van wasn't very forth coming but Innocent Driver kept on messaging and emailing them until it was resolved and they kept me informed all the way through.

Good experience
Good experience. I was recommended the company and am impressed. Great communication, a relief not to have to speak to a foreign call centre. They were helpful and when there was a problem persisted and didn’t forget me. Also good on follow-up to make sure everything was going smoothly. A relief compared to so many British companies.

A great service - highly recommend
I used innocent driver for a non fault accident I had in my GTI. From start to finish I was kept informed via email on progress, made aware of 3rd party insurance perspectives and provided with courtesy car and compensation promptly. Cathy in particular has been helpful and professional throughout. Hopefully I don’t need their services in the future but I’ll certainly keep their details and pass on to family and friends too.

These guys were brilliant to deal with from start to finish. It really was a completely hands off experience where they literally took care of everything. The speed at which they managed to get my car booked in for repair was unbelievable. Communication also second to none with constant updates about the repair and/or the hire car. Nothing was too much trouble - top marks from me.

Excellent service and communication from the outset. As the innocent driver hit by a hit and run merchant in Tesco carpark I was lucky to have a witness prepared to testify and innocent driver did the rest without involving my insurance company. Can’t recommend highly enough. First class service from Jenny - thank you.

Innocent Driver took complete charge of my 'no fault' accident, the first I had been involved in for over 20 years.
My head was spinning with calls, emails and text messages from so many companies and Innocent Driver could not have been more helpful.
The staff are very professional but caring and respectful of what I was going through.
Would it recommend Innocent Driver if you are involved in an accident that was not your fault? Absolutely!
