My claim was handled by Innocent Driver after an incident I had with a motorcyclist. Abbie handled my case quickly and effectively whilst explaining every step of the process. I really can't speak higher of this company and if I do ever get into another incident (which I pray won't be anytime soon) I'd happily use this service again.

Although the process was long, they kept me updated every step of the way and handled everything from start to finish. I didn't have to deal with the insurance company they managed the entire claim on my behalf. Excellent service and team throughout.

Very helpful and clear about the procedure

Such a huge help to have Innocent Driver involved after a car had hit my parked car. Luckily the owner had left me a note on the windscreen.
I took my car to be repaired assuming I was going to have to deal with everything myself but happily the garage owner himself got in touch with Innocent Driver and after one very friendly and helpful phone call from Abbie… I had to do no more other than pick the car up when repaired.
