Sold my Apple Watch and paid exactly what I was quoted which was more than what other more established companies were offering. Paid directly to my bank account within hours of inspection. Great communication throughout. Overall, very happy with my experience.

Pros: Easy to navigate website, smooth sale and postage, great e-mail communication (quick and responsive), and instant payment (once final amount was confirmed).

Cons: No step-by-step guide on website of what the phones needed doing before being posted. This could have avoided a lot of to’ing and fro’ing e-mails.

I was paid 40% of expected revenue due to identified issues with the phones, although I had highlighted these issue at point of sale. The pricing schemes are anything but transparent, although this is not specific to this company.

I would not mind using this company again.

Sent my Phone in on Monday, Money was in my bank on Friday, simple easy process, Mike was as great to speak to.

I was very pleased with the service provided by this small company in a very competitive mobile phone and e-gadget market. To keep costs low and achieve the best possible trade-in value which I couldn’t match elsewhere you have to provide your own packaging for which they provide a free return barcode label. They immediately acknowledge receipt as soon as it has arrived and then contact you again once all condition checks have been completed to confirm the original offer or to make a revised offer if the phone is not as described. I was very happy with the high level of personal service I was given and payment was in my bank account within 24 hours. So five stars from me.

Very disappointed. I rated the condition the item carefully according to their guidelines. Was then told the device had faults which were non-existent. Only choices were to have it shipped back or take their reduced offer. I did the latter grudgingly.

Found the company to be very helpful when dealing with issues. Very quick to respond and very friendly.

Sold my Apple Watch ultra three and although the prices will reduce slightly which to be fair you expect because you know that this is like this happen with most companies the company were easy to contact and actually offered it back for your charge. You didn’t wanna accept the price which I’ve done because it was a reasonable price.

Great customer service and money paid in promptly. However, the price I received was quite a lot below the estimate, they said there were more faults than I listed

Payment was super quick once device had been checked. One device the same amount quoted was paid and the other device was less but fair and explained reason why.

Against other trade in companies I found them to be honest and fair with the pricing and transparency. Would highly recommend against the competition and will use again.

Sent my iPhone 13 via postage label provided by INNOFINITY WORLDWORLD and was sent by Royal Mail lockers
On the 5th Dec 25, the phone never arrived/lost, so I put in a claim to Royal
Mail.
Found out recently from ROYAL Mail, that because INNOFINITY WORLDWIDE has put a claim in for £176.23/£185.00, now my claim is void, even though I have not received any money from them, or received my phone back!!
Royal Mail has requested further information from a MR SAMI GOODMAN but had nothing back. I too have emailed MR SAMI GOODMAN again nothing back!!
Been informed today, 17th Feb 26, by INNOFINITY WORLDWIDE customer services, that because they provided the postage they can claim, and own the phone, outrageous, and totally unprofessional. Why should INNOFINITY WORLDWIDE claim for something that wasn’t theirs (until they had received it) and not received!! I have left a message for MR SAMI GOODMAN to contact me back

Quick quote when sent iPhones to be recycled.Quote halved when the phones had been examined as other reviews stated . Accepted reviewed quote and money transfer was very speedy.

Expect the price to change from what they quoted you when they received your item.
I had over 50% reduction on what was a good quality phone according to there website, it definitely wasn’t in poor condition as Mike described. Wouldn’t recommend.

Excellent communication throughout and fast payment received! Will definitely use again and highly recommend to family and friends.
