I’ve used Innofinity on a few occasions to sell unwanted Apple Watches and always found them to offer the best price and unlike the others they actually pay what they offer.

One of their competitors offered me £67 for an old Apple Watch, then revised the offer to £7.00, needless to say I asked for the watch to be returned and I then sold it to Innofinity for the £30 they quoted me.

I’ve just sold an unwanted Ultra 2 to innofinity and th payment was in my account the same morning they received the watch.

I most definitely recommend innofinity, leagues ahead of their competitors and a lot quicker to process payments etc.

Second time using this company and they are genuine with their prices and actually honour the price given. I sent in a iPhone which was classed as broken due to the back being cracked and they offered me the money that was quoted online. I tried sending my phone to webuyanyphone.com before here as I couldn’t remember this companies name and after receiving my phone they tried to offer me nothing for it. So glad I found this company again to send my phone here.

What they quote is not what they offer when they receive your phone. Perfectly good phones turn into poor quality phones once they receive them.
After pushing them they increased the price. This just proves to me that they were just trying it on.
Would never trust them again.

I was quoted £225 for two items. Sending them was straightforward, and I was updated throughout the process. Upon arrival, my quote for one item was amended to £120. I queried this, and Mike was great, sending proof and an explanation. He waited for my response (which was fairly slow), didn't apply pressure, and when I confirmed I'd like to go ahead, the money was with me in minutes. Would highly recommend - straightforward, reasonable, trustworthy.

Amazing experience. Got an email the day after about them receiving my parcel. Then within the same day they had sent me a quote. I accepted and within 10 minutes I had the money in my bank. Thankyou so much amazing company I would highly recommend!

I was really impressed with Innofinity, I purchased a grade A used mobile and it could be mistaken as brand new, it was perfect. I had to contact them a couple of times and I received a response within 20 minutes each time. Fantastic service and I will definitely shop with them again.

The whole process of selling my phone to Innofinity was so speedy and easy. Within 3 days I had sent the phone off to them and received a full breakdown of the issues and overall quote. Once I accepted the quote the money was in my PayPal account within minutes!!!

Sent my Samsung Galaxy Zflip6 - original quote £300 for 'Good' condition - the phone has been in a protective case since I bought it new (factory fitted screen protector in place)
Was told
"Due to the scratches on the screen. The device falls into the poor condition category.

The re-quote is the poor price of £150 for the device."

As ZFlip6 is supplied with a factory fitted screen protector and it's that which has some marks (small) the screen itself is not scratched and I believe (because I had replaced a screen protector on an previous older ZFlip4) that they could easily peel that off and replace it.

I responded that as scratches are on the screen protector I didn't believe it should be regraded as 'poor'

Reply was "Unfortunately, We're unable to offer £300 on this occasion, The best we could do is £190 considering the condition of the screen."

So, I got them to return the phone to me and I will try a different buyer.
Given 2* (rather than 1*) because they were very quick to return the phone.

*Update* I sent the same phone to SellMyPhone and got £271 - no haggling

Never used before , quoted £30 offered £8 mildly annoying bargained over email and came to a good compromise . Happy with pay out swift easy postage and free.

AVOID AT ALL COST. They will try and rip you off. I sent a purple iPhone in mint condition. When they received it, they sent me photos of a BLACK phone covered in scratches and pretended it was mine. They offered me £210 for poor condition. I asked for my phone back and stated that every scratch that was on the photos would have to match the phone that I received back. Even though it was a completely different phone. The only reason they paid me the original price was because I would not back down and I sent screenshots of all the terrible reviews that show that they have done this many times before. They acted like they were doing me a favour for paying what they said they would . Awful company. Steer clear!!!

The process for getting a quote and sending off my device was straightforward and clear. The assessment of the device was fair and the payment to me was made immediately upon my acceptance of the company’s offer. I would be happy to trade in further devices in the future.

Great service, speedy payment of full amount quoted per website

Recently traded in my iPhone 11 with Innofinity Worldwide after a really bad experience with a rival company. The battery was at 80% so I wasn’t expecting a huge amount, but the quote I received was very fair and I received the whole amount. Everything was seamless and fast from quote to payment. Will use again and recommend.

Price orignally quoted did change when they tested my device, however I was aware this may happen. The phone I sent them was a device which was around 5 years old. It partially failed the battery test.
The team communicated with me straight away and explained this and sent me the new price to agree to. Money was paid into my account the same day - Excellent customer service and easy to contact

Not happy
Before I sent in my iPad Air I was quoted £10 online. Once sent in I had an email that because it was below 80%, my new quote was £2. On the website, doesn’t state that products are required to be at 80% and above to be considered ‘Good’ and that my battery had a ‘service’
I accepted the price anyway but won’t be using again

Fantastic communication quickly resolved iCloud problems. Was disheartened with the price but the watch is a good few years old so can kinda get it. Overall very good company would be happy to use them again
