Great service and communication from the team. Explained how to take iCloud off the phones, in really simple terms.
Payment was really fast once I accepted the offer.

Sent Apple Watch, which as per the website was in good condition, however I received a response stating that due to number of scratches on the screen it was deemed as poor and the offer was reduced from £155 to £90. I rejected this offer and requested the watch was returned, they then apparently spoke to management and increased the offer to £100, again this was rejected they then stated that despite the watch having scratches that could be felt with their finger nails they would pay an extra £10 under the guise that they would rather give it me than Royal Mail, again I rejected this offer. The watch was returned in a flimsy cardboard box covered in eBay tape and low and behold the watch did not have a single scratch on the face, I have since sold the watch to a more reputable company and was paid the amount offered for it being in good condition. Stay well clear of these fraudsters.

Whenever it comes to selling a phone I always come to these guys. The process is seriously as simple as it gets and from my experience they usually pay on the upper side for your tech. Payments always made promptly and without any fuss, Mike is always pleasant to deal with. I can't fault them at all.

Have been totally staggered this morning with Innofinity. I sent of my IPAD 11 generation 2025 iPad on Monday - although they provided a prepaid Royal Mail address label, I chose to send using Royal Mail signed for ‘next day’ mainly due to the insurance of it if lost in transit. That only cost me Gbp 11.25. Yesterday (Tuesday I received an email saying iPad arrived, however later had a second email suggesting that their was o/s finance on the iPad and that their offer of 200 quid revised downwards to 120 quid. I only saw that email this morning at around 8.25 and responded asking for it to be returned and advising I had bought the iPad outright from John Lewis. Within no more that 5 minutes I has a message from ‘Mike’ asking if I could provide evidence of my purchase and suggested in doing so the full 200 quid could be processed. I followed up and at around 9.05 this morning - just 40 minutes after my initial email - the FULL 200 quid hit my hsbc bank account ! What a flipping good service from Innofinity - well impressed - and wanted other members of the public to know how good they are in all aspects. Good on you guys and gals ! Thanks Mark B

Sent a watch in what I considered to be good condition according to their own website description.
There were no major scratches, but they seem to think there are and so they dropped their offer down to 40% of original offer.
I'd like to see a watch that remains without any signs of use after a few years!
Think very carefully before you send anything unless you are desperate for whatever you can get for it!
Plenty of other people seem to feel the same way according to reviews here.
Now we'll see how long it takes them to return it!
UPDATE:
After I asked for return of the watch, they emailed me and offered 70% of the original price instead of 40% and asked me to change this review.
I accepted because I could not be bothered with any more hassle.
In their favour, they paid very quickly after that.

Now being asked for more details so that the company can "better understand your experience". The 'threat' from TP is that my review may be taken down if I don't comply!

While there are a lot of happy people writing reviews, there also seem to be plenty of unhappy ones - think on that!

I would recommend that you go elsewhere to sell your phones. Sold 2 phones and got back to me offering less than half the original price when the phone was in good condition.

Fantastic service from Mike. Although it was slightly less than originally quoted we discussed it and he was very reasonable and made sure we were satisfied. I’d recommend Innofinity Worldwide and intend to use them again in the future. Also rapid payment as soon as I agreed the money was in my account, can’t get better service than that, everywhere else is 3-5 days. The postage was free and stress free as well. Okay site, genuine and payed the money for my phones quickly

Less fraudulent than smart cellular but £85 for an iPhone XS was reduced to £20 because the battery needed changing. Black listed for me. Excessive reduction so would not recommend - back market might have lower price offered but it’s legit so go with them. Or Music Magpie.

Offered me £200 less for my phone, asked to send it back to me took over a week to get it! Returned in unacceptable packaging not the box I sent it in.
Avoid!!

Did eventually reply, but still not an overall good experience. Was asked by them to update my review or delete it, as negative reviews for them being a small company have a huge impact. I guess in that case then you should get it right and not neglect to reply to customer emails in the first place. Blamed the lack of reply on emails bouncing back to them. Surely you would see that!! I do if it happens in my mailbox.
Sent a box full of phones and iPads to this company. Everything had been reset and then they emailed asking for pins and passwords. I replied and have heard nothing since. They have now had my items for 3 days which are worth hundreds of pounds and won’t answer emails.
