I love that I can take it every where I go I just wish there was a larger battery.

So far, we're very happy with the purchase of the Rove 6 oxygen concentrator. It has delivered the extended battery life we were hoping for making it much easier to stay away from home for longer periods of time. Hopefully it will continue to deliver these same results over time.

I do love my Inogen. I wish I could charge the batteries separate from the concentrator! That is the only thing I would change. They are pricey! But it does give me more freedom!

Missing extra filter needed to use while cleaning the filter that came with the Voxi-5 - also missing the swivel connector. Left message and never got a callback or the missing items.

the inogen works very well I especially like the portable because it is chargeable by my car and let me be more mobile

Machine works like it should although being a pulse operating machine it does not give you the oxygen like a constant flow does . It's stupid that the battery has to be on the machine to charge it ! You should be able to charge them by themselves so while using the machine you can have another battery charging for when you need it !!

A few months ago I read that Inogen had released a new line of Cpap Masks branded under the Aurora name. I saw a lot of info online about them but no mention of how to purchase them. I contacted their customer service and was told that since they were so new there were no available retail outlets at the time. I just saw another mention of the masks and decided to go back to their website to find out if they were available yet. They do not even list the masks under their products tab. I chatted with an agent who first sent me a link to a Microsoft Teams meeting that provided no info then told me that they showed they are available at DME Supply online. I visited DME and they do not offer Inogen masks. The agent (Troy B.) ended the chat before I could respond and I started another chat to let them know that the info they gave me was fruitless. The second agent (Shamerica) informed me that they had no info on where to purchase the masks and I should contact my doctor. My doctor is the one that suggested I continue to look for a mask that I can tolerate. I just find it so unprofessional that a company has a product that was introduced in January of this year and here in April cannot even tell me how I can go about purchasing said product! I had no prior experience with Inogen and have to say if their products don't work any better than their customer service and marketing then maybe it's a blessing the masks are unable to be found! I certainly would not recommend this company.

Inogen ads say clearly that they create oxygen! A huge lie about their product. They concentrate oxygen from the surrounding air. If they lie about their basic function, what else do they lie about? I have never used one.

The small one that I take outside i wish could be lighter in weight and last longer before needing charging other than that they are working real good

It is a lot better than having to carry tanks. Hope to adjusted to this new way of existing soon.

This thing works a whole lot better than the one that I had which was called a drive. It didn’t give me the air like this one. The portable unit and I called you all for some more lines and another battery and you all jumped on it right away. I received it in two days after I called very good service and I appreciate it very much.

This machine is great for someone not on a continuous flow of oxygen. I'm not sure if I missed it when talking to a rep, but the commercial is definitely misleading. This is the only reason I didn't give it five stars. We have paid the money and now have the machine that we are afraid to use because if oxygen drops, we are playing with my mom's life.

Easy to set up and use. Very quiet for a home unit. Lightweight compared to other home use units.

The sales person,Diana, was very knowledgeable and helpful. I chose the Rov 4 because it was the lightest portable and would allow me more freedom to engage in various activities.

I love that I can take my portable inogen anywhere, but I disagree with their repair practices. It takes them up to 5 business days to speak with a return specialist and once you send it in for repair, it can two weeks! That's a total almost 30 days to get my machine repaired and sent back.

Good oxygen flow, but the in-home box is way to noisy.

The only thing I got against Inogen is that you have recharge the battery in the unit. There should be a better way

They main complaint I have noticed is battery life is only 2-3 hours not plugged in and unit is a lot heavier than I expected referring to their advertisement. The carrying case supplied is very loose fitting around machine and the cutout for the charging port is too high above the port. Also wish unit and replacement batteries were cheaper. Otherwise the unit functions as described. Better than carrying around oxygen tanks.
