I have tried to contact Inogen’s Business to Business group at Inogen’s Support’s recommendation by calling Inogen support, leaving a message for B2B and sending an email but no action in two weeks. My InogenOne G5 is not working correctly and I need help but I am not getting it

I really like the size of the portable unit and not have to pull stank with me

The inogen Rove 6 is an awesome machine. I only use oxygen when I sleep and now I can leave my house and go somewhere over the weekend or week. I love it. It's a little noisy but it works great and I don't have to worry about it

Trying to order a oxygen generator for my mom while she is on vacation in another state. Inogen rep told us they don't loan equipment and that we would have to take the portable unit and use that 100% of the time. This is not practical and will not work as it its not on all the time, only on demand which can be difficult when sleeping. Inogen phone rep started arguing with me about coverage event though I offered to pay out of pocket. I called back and was disconnected after 45 minutes on hold. Terrible service, terrible company Will be looking at Aero Care for oxygen at this time.

Easy to set-up and convient

The Inogen device arrived promptly. But I ordered a 50 ft tube and it was very painful. The ordering process was difficult and very long. 10 days later I still have not received the order. I am very upset for the lack of support and the red tape to order tubing. I called to cancel the order. Inogen said they did but FedEx emailed me to tell me a package will be delivered today. Instead of better, this is worse.

They provide a product that is necessary for living life as normal as can be expected given our medical limitations. It is not inconvenient or cumbersome as some believe when you take into consideration how it would be without it. It is small and lightweight and is not noisy or uncomfortable to use anywhere you may want to go. I use mine even duck hunting, with weather protection of course. Great aid. My only complaint is that if you don't buy it from Inogen, they will not repair or service it. That seems a bit of an issue for folks who may not be able to find another repair service. You would think that they would be proud of their product and willing to offer this service out of pride and concern for those who are required to have these types of aids.

The unit is wonderful.
Having trouble getting the app to connect to Bluetooth. Called Customer Service & 2 different people couldn't help & said a special technician would call me back within 48 hours. Well 4 days later a guy called but I wasn't available. So, still not connected. Frustrating for sure.

I was so frustrated pulling around that heavy metal oxygen tank. I read online about Inogen didn’t think I could afford it. I called and spoke with the young lady in sales who is extremely helpful. She said she would check for me. Call me back after a couple of days and said, I qualified under Medicare And within 3 to 4 weeks I had switched over to Inogen. It has been so nice to have the mobility. I would highly recommend Inogen to anyone that is on oxygen. It opens up your life.

We have one complaint, the portable unit is rather heavy but other than that, we have no complaints.

Great customer service, great product.

My order was delayed by a week and no one contacted me for over a week to inform me that it would be delayed. Then it took over another week for me to receive my order.

Had breathing problems (low blood oxygen levels) as a result of COVID. The Inogen equipment (portable & home unit) make a big difference in my breathing. Especially, makes sleeping so much better. The portable unit (Inogen G5) gives ability to do more activities with better breathing.

Very unfriendly and unhelpful employees. Phones are not answered for over 30 minutes. Snarky comments. Nothing was explained.

Better than bottles, still a little heavy. Customer service is hard to get a hold of, waited 30 minutes, no response. Trying to call about maintenance.
Overall the unit works well but the battery does go down fast, keep it charged while in the car
The app is useful when you can connect.
