The home unit is great. The battery on the portable unit isn’t sufficient to get through a drs appt. It would be nice if they sent 2 batteries with the unit. When I inquired about a 2nd battery I was told the cost would be $400!!!!

Inogen provides a product that gives me the freedom to leave the house comfortably.

Am able to have my oxygen with me at all times because portable is small enough for me to carry such a blessing

On my Rove 6 everything was working fine but a wire mesh look area shows up on the display screen making it hard to view or read. On calling customer service everything was prompt and handled with a new replacement excluding batteries. The new machiine works well but a wire mesh area also showed up on this machine. Since it is working fine I just dismissed it .

This Rove 6 is a very well designed little workhorse. We have flown to Hawaii with it twice and used it exclusively for a month each time with absolutely no issues. The batteries don't last quite as long as stated and it makes a bit too much noise for attending the symphony, but is fine for restaurants and musicals. The customer service phone answers promptly and are knowledgeable. We are grateful to have it.

When new unit was shipped to first time user, green connector for tubing was omitted. Had to wait over two weeks to get one since request had to be be made twice. This is poor customer service. Was deeply disappointef.

I have to remove battery every time I want to turn it on . It is very disappointing.

In the process of moving, equipment delivered & have heard nothing since. Not how’s it going, how can we answer questions, support u better, any probs etc.
Have not used the device at all. I find it heavy and not practical to tote around. I am sure it would help if i had tips of how to better and more practically use it.

The Inogen has made leaving the house so easy and convenient. It is fantastic and it has been so easy to keep the machine charged in the car. WE did buy the extended battery and it is fantastic, I would recommend that you do that.

My home oxygen generator has totally quit. Keeps tripping internal circuit breaker. This is the second one in a year. They won't ship overnight. Said they would ship in morning and would be here same day (today). UPS says will be here by 9pm tomorrow now. Portable unit has been running now for 48 hrs and is showing overheat errors. Cannot recommend this. Go local.

The smaller unit with two batteries gives me so much more freedom out of my house with up to 9 hours of oxygen. That freedom is priceless. I am still getting familiarized with the unit but I like it so far.

We appreciated all the support from your sales team prior to purchase, and the follow-up after it arrived. We've had it one month and it works great. We are taking it with us to Europe this week and will let you know how it works out.

My wife can now travel with out fear. We were even able to adapt it to use with her CPAP at night.
Had to do a little McGiverning as not all the tubing was in the right length. but it works.

My inogen works very well and is very convenient.

I love it it's easy on my shoulder and back and it's not too heavy on me.

If I could give zero stars I would. My 80 year old father was sold this machine paid out of pocket over 3000 for machine and has had it for almost a month. It does not work and he can’t get support from customer service and can’t get unit replaced. He has had 2 batteries sent out to no avail. I’m concerned that this company took advantage of my father he should not have paid for this machine. Medicare would have covered the rentals. Your sales people are unethical and your customer service is unhelpful. Someone should contact me asap to get this resolved. Unethical and sounds as if intervention is required.

It's awesome wish I could have gotten it earlier

I was able to get a good deal on my Rove 6 oxygen concentrator. The machine works great.

My mom's unit stopped working with no notice- there were no lights - nothing to indicate there was an issue. As a result, she had a CHF episode, and has been in and out of the hospital for the past 2 months. Despite being at her side, I have tried to reach out to Inogen to request a replacement unit - and still can't get one. My unit has less than 500 hours on it - given the nature of the item, and given what has happened to my mom, they should be responsive and replace the unit - but they do not agree. Do not purchase an Inogen if you are dependent on oxygen - you are endangering yourself. Obviously they must know this as my experience means nothing to them.

It not anything you did but my condition unfortunately got worse where I require more than 5L of oxygen. I
hope I can recover where I can use it again.
