We were recommended to Intellroll and are really pleased with the 4 metre INT500 Full Cassette awning.
The company were easy to deal with and we were kept informed of progress throughout.
The awning arrived on the day promised and was installed by Tony without fuss.

I ordered my NT500 Garden Awning Last Thursday, not quite sure what to expect as there are few google or trustpilot reviews to see, but they have a lot on their own website.

I needn't have worried, paid Thursday online, was offered fitting the following day which I couldnt accept, but was done the following Tuesday (yesterday).

I rang the company with a few questions as I have never owned an awning, and was rang back by Adrienn who was very helpful and friendly, not at all pushy either. She even gave me a discount code which was gratefully received.

Tuesday morning, bang on time, I had Tony arrive, who unloaded the van, prepped the walls and fitted the awning along with lots of chat and explanation - total time 1 Hour 20 Minutes, he was finished.

A very burly and capable fitter who didn't mind my questions snd has done an excellent job, he got to the point of adjusting things with his spirit level to a millimetre, clearly knew what he was doing. He explained everything and left me very confident.

Overall, and in summary, I would certainly use again, prices were very reasonable and although I am only a day in, am very happy so far.

Do not use this company! They are a complete shambles. They are so unhelpful and when my sail didn’t turn up after 3 weeks, I asked for a refund which the lady said she would do immediately. After 3 days I chased it and she refused to send and said it was the royal mails problem. They also don’t hold stock and send from 3rd parties. Such as the Metal Store. So I’d advise to go direct to them.

Gearing snapped within 18 months of fitting my awning which snapped the arms, emails phone calls ignored finally managed to find the fitters address and knocked on his door!, was told they would replace the arms but I would need to pay for a service £290 up front!, I said no I'll pay when the job was done they said through snotty email that they won't do the work unless I pay up front. So they dropped 2 arms off and told me to fit them myself disgraceful 😒 never use this cowboy company again.

The journey from initial enquiry through to installation could not have been smoother. My numerous questions were answered efficiently and patiently via both email and phone. The awning was installed within days of ordering. The installers were friendly and professional. For a small extra charge they supplied a longer cable, undertook additional work in order to reach the most convenient power supply. I am very pleased with the appearance and operation of the 2.5 m full cassette awning. Hopefully we'll have a sunny summer and the awning will be an invaluable addition to the house and garden. I highly recommend this company.

Poor quality of product - awning less than a year old when defect noted . Customer service aftercare service poor with slow response to emails unless chased . Left with a defective product no repair or replacement . Very dissatisfied with Intelroll and their products/service .
