Ordered a power supply for my PC and…
Ordered a power supply for my PC and selected PickUp as the delivery method.
According to the information at checkout, delivery was supposed to take 2 to 6 business days.
i waited patiently for the first couple of days, but by day four I still hadn't even received a tracking number.
On the same day i contacted customer support, but received no response at all. In fact, my request was simply put on hold due to "high workload", and then completely ignored.
Another two days passed by, and by day six i had neither received any update nor a tracking code, and support still hadn't responded. At that point i had no choice but to cancel the order.
Now i am forced to deal with the same unresponsive support team regarding my refund, which i honestly have very little confidence in.
Extremely poor communication, zero transparency, and a complete lack of customer support.
Avoid this store.
