If I could give 0 that would still be generous. Intermittent and poor internet connection, complained via app 4 times, no communication and marked as resolved. Visited Jazz in Milan Channu and Chichawatni, rude unprofessional and abusive staff, who have no clue about customer service. Jazz should not be operating! They are robbing people by taking money and not providing the service.

After arriving in Pakistan Oct 24
After arriving in Pakistan Oct 24, I went to the Zong sim office in DHS 4 and discovered it had relocated, where 2 years earlier I had purchased a no nonsense sim for 30 days which served my purpose during my stay. I then decided to try the nearby Jazz office and requested a 15 day plan with either 10/15 gig Internet with a small provision for calls and sms. The office like most of Pakistan has non queuing system and unless you barge in and forcibly present your presence, you get ignored. Foreigners and attractive women will get immediate attention. Eventually I managed to get served multi-task fashion along with 2 others. I should have left the office after a woman came in to complain that her sim had failed after a week - it was a sign of things to come. There then followed a process akin to a Police arrest. Fingerprints scan, id card process terms of sim misuse etc. I will remind readers that this is for a purchase of a sim and not a major legal contract. The sales guy asks if I use WhatsApp and suggests a package for 700 rupees after I had pointed out the offer on display. Some 4 days later I have a loss of Internet and calls. After exhaustive investigation I discovered the package is limited to WhatsApp Internet use only, plus multiple other restrictions and times. I am required to add further money into my account for an additional nightmare of an add-on. Jazz has so many packages on offer that you need to hire a lawyer to understand them. Its a moving escalator of confusion.You are further bombarded with "Freebies" and made to watch an advert to receive a measly few mbs. Obviously the system is set up for a hard sell maximum profit, giving Jazz and its employees endless income opportunity on the unwary public. My advice is avoid Jazz.

They don’t deserve even 1 star. They’re robbing poor people of Pakistan. I subscribed to their offer but not able to use internet. I complained them and they mark my issue resolved without calling or asking me. If you call them then they give you stupid reasons like govt activated jammers its not our fault. Jazz sucks worst of the worst CS.

Worst ever mobile company
Wish there were less stars than 1 to rate this pathetic company and their services.
They ll steal your mobile balance without your knowledge by forcefully activating services that you never opted for. A customer needs an OTP to activate those services, and they ll generate those OTPs and will use those in your account without your knowledge, which means your data and access to your banking and personal information is at HIGH RISK if you are using their pathetic mobile network.
On top of that, they have worst customer services, they ll blame you for activating those services, and will never "resolve" any complaints, the only thing they do is closing your complaint without even contacting you. Bravo!

I wish I could rate this PATHETIC service less than 1 😡. I've been trying for an hour now to contact each of the SO CALLED helpline numbers they've put on their website but NONE of them is reachable except one which is reachable but still USELESS
Jazz is stealing my money
Jazz is stealing my money. When I recharge it deducts RS 45 from the name of services that I never activated. When I try to deactivate those services it requires OTP. I question why these services were activated without OTP and my knowledge.

They said my account needs activation, but they deactivated my account after I took out a loan. Now, who will pay the loan? I am not 18+, but I took out the loan. When I went to the agent to deposit my money and came home, I found out that my account needs activation. i am crying

I have subscribed for International data roaming World Bundle 200MB twice while in NYC, USA. My credit was deducted and a confirmation message received for activation of required service. But no service was provided after 8 hours when it was no longer required. I complained to customer service which is so pathetic that after 3 days I've yet to receive a response. They generate a fake automated response closing the complaint. Be careful with this company.

Worst experience. You can't even surf the Internet. The data packages suck despite paying high data charges and taxes. This month, May 2024, it actually worsened further.

It such a pathetic network. They have 4000 plus on net and off net calls and no reasonable package for internet which is used 90 percent. Such a disappointing network. I paid 1500 for 15gb and 20 SMS and 100 calls. So so so so pathetic. 15gb don't even last 5 days! So pathetic so pathetic. They have 30 GB for the whole week which expire without being fully consumed and 15 GB for the whole month. Sooooo badddd man so badddd
