Jazz Sucks overall. The Load does not last. Dissapers secretly. The package does not gets activate even the charges of package gets deducted. Jazz just looting its customers

Hidden charges - Overcharging up to 4500 PKR per month on minimal use
It's very disappointing how Jazz is looting Jazz Gold customers. I've been their customer for 20 years till now. I don't know when my line rent went up on J-300 package by 3 times, I don't know when when my "Monthly Supreme" charges went up by 3 times too.
When i requested, "Monthly Supreme" must remove from account as it's not used for couple months and I'm paying min 2500 PKR each month (jazz team never informed me to optimize my expand but keep charging me 4500 per month :(.
If Jazz can apply new bundle on pro-rated basis then they should be able to remove it from account if not used at all (my case) to save my expenditure but jazz team choose to hit me once more until month ends (as I requested deactivation from next month and changed my package to gold basic as old J-300 was having no features but keep charging high amount)
Very disappointing experience
In short, I'll highly not recommend Jazz gold as they keep charging you and keep lotting you without your notice.

Mobilink's Jazz Scammers Liars with Zero Technical Support Team
Mobilink's Jazz services are getting worst with every passing day. They even don't have technical staff to review your complaints and skills to resolve. They deduct charges for packages and never activate them. Whenever you load and balance via prepaid card or EasyLoad services and if you have 4g data enabled they will deduct all the balance in a second. Their JazzWorld and JazzCash apps are also worst apps with mostly useless options, worst customization options and no complaint registration section in their JazzCash app. Their packages are also confusing and too many option to subscribe. Even their same package names on other platforms like EasyPaisa has less features. This organization is now thugging and scamming their old and loyal customers. Do not use it for internet packages. Also their Facebook page has no review tab and they intentionally disabled it due to negative reviews. A number of people's mobiles are using by kids too and these kids know how to enable mobile data, and once they enable data all the balance lost immediately which is the fully responsibility of service provider. I request to suspend the international license of this company to make other operators learn the lesson of scamming and lying to their customers.
