Slow to reply, couple of days, trying to sort out a refund. Package has been returned for 2 weeks and no answer as to why it’s taking so long. Haven’t had confirmation theyve recieved package yet

Product seems like it was used.
One product didn’t have original packaging or original price tag and also had hair on it which gives me the intentions that it was used. I’ve paid full price. Other product had a discounted price on it yet I paid full price.

Got sent wrong shoes, then I had to run around to post back , wait for refund.
I’ve received refund and reordered shoes today for my grandson , please be right ones this time.
