Emails and social media messages about an online order have been entirely ignored for several weeks. AVOID!!!

I purchased a pair of pearl earrings for $200, and after only two weeks they broke. They had also already started to look very worn and poor in quality. I have now contacted customer service three times, with multiple follow-ups, and haven’t received a single response. For a brand like Jennifer Behr, I expected better quality and, at the very least, a reply to my emails. I can’t recommend purchasing from them !

I ordered the Roslyn bobby pin. As soon as I opened the box and looked at the pin, I thought it was absolutely gorgeous. However, it took me about three seconds to realize it is nowhere remarkably close to being worth the price tag on this item. It is beautiful however it’s so heavy and the bobby pin attached that you’re supposed to put in your hair to hold the piece in place is so flimsy. I was scared to try it on a second time afraid that it may break. I am definitely sending it back. I really don’t know how a company like this can charge this much for something knowing that the quality is not up to par. Very sad. I am returning this item. It’s very hard to leave a review on their site. I’m not even sure that you can because none of their products have reviews and I can’t figure out how to leave one except here on trust Pilot .None of their items have reviews!!!!!!! I’m guessing that’s because they’re not that great if they are great, they should allow reviews on their products. On top of that when you return, they charge you to send it back that’s a red flag right there any company that knows they have good quality products wouldn’t charge you to send it back. They don’t allow you to leave reviews. It took me 30 minutes to figure out how to do the return because they list everything very big and bold except how to return. I do not have words for how disappointed I am that I just paid 200 dollars for a hairpin that I’m scared to touch because it may break. Definitely does not stay in your hairI just don’t understand this company. How can you do this to people and think you’re gonna get returned business? There’s no reviews for a reason.

Bought a tiara for my wedding, had it delivered from New York to Copenhagen, Denmark. Was shipped with express and arrived fast and without any problems. Also amazing costumer service! Answers fast and detailed.
The tiara itself was exactly like I expected and lived up to the beautiful pictures.
Can highly recommend
