I sent my analyser to be calibrated
I sent my analyser to be calibrated, it came back it was calibrated but for some reason or other the miter was really struggling to work , it was making a horrendous noise and seemed very close to giving up!!. They still charged me the full amount of £378. Very very disappointed in the manner of which they have conducted themselves.

I'm sorry to hear your analyser wasn't returned in a condition we would expect. I can see this has since been repaired under KANE CARE Warranty and was identified as a faulty pump that had been damaged in transit on the original return to yourself.
