Have used Kanes annual service and recertification service for a few years now. My existing analyser was getting on in years and this year they couldn't get the calibration correct. So as part of the service, if they can't complete the job, they send me a new analyser. I thought there would be a catch, but definitely not. New ana lyser on its way to me.

Everytime my analyser comes back from calibration and have an issue with it not working

Sent my analyser in for a service and calibration, along with my probe and printer, I was having problems with all 3, I booked my service, repair and calibration online, posted it in the drop box before 9am, I was given constant status updates, revived my items back the very next day, all in working order and some thing replaced as new. I will 100% be staying with Kane with my analysers
