last year parcelforce lost my analyser
last year parcelforce lost my analyser, and sent me a photo of a door step not mine. this year dpd failed to deliver although i was at home all day. then delivered to 62a not 62 i had to walk my village high street until i found it. how difficult is it to deliver to a post office not a house.
i'm glad i will retire in a few years, kane next day is a lye

The turnaround time is not as posted. We sent the analyser on Monday and it still hasn't been returned a week later. Not good for business.

The analyser was returned quickly.I put in my gas sniffer for repair,they replaced with brand new one.It is an essential piece of equipment so I was really pleased.When I have contacted Kane they have always acted professionally towards myself
