Ordered over $100 worth of products and never received them, I have emailed the company several times with no replies. I was never given a tracking number or any response after order was placed and paid for. Honestly very disappointed.

Ordered some products from this website, never recieved tracking updates and went I sent numerous emails they refused to respond and have since cancelled my order with no refund.

DO NOT PURCHASE.
I have reported to my bank.

I think this is a scam company to be completely honest!
I ordered 22nd July and while I got an order confirmation email, I never received any other details regarding postage and obviously haven’t received the order at all! I will be disputing further to get my money back! Highly disappointed

Firstly it took ages to receive my order but I can at least understand the situation of the delivery because of the war going on. But the main problem is that I ordered this to Germany and I had to pay double the price of the product to the customs so I ended up spending more than my budget. I checked their website and I couldn’t find anywhere stating that international orders would pay customs or extra charges. This is my second time ordering from them and never paid customs on anything order. Very disappointed and now I need to find an alternative to this.

I ordered 11 days ago 8/7/2026 and still have not received my products or any shipping information. It just says waiting for details ( it has said that since the day I placed my order. The site says 2-4 day shipping! Their customer service is absolutely appalling!!! They do not respond to you on any platform. I’ve sent 4 emails, commented on their instagram posts ( to try to get them to at least go and read my emails ) and dm’d them on Instagram and they do not reply! Unfortunately it’s looking like I will need to file a dispute with my bank to get a refund if I do not get a reply by tomorrow. Ive exhausted all other avenues of communication with no resolution. I’ve ordered from them twice before and received my order in a timely manner and I was very happy with the products but this time I feel I’ve been scammed! Their customer service team need retraining or replacing because they dont seem to care about communicating with their customers. If they had at least responded to let me know what was going on or offered an apology about the delay I would at least know my order was coming and when to expect it. Such a shame because their products are actually great and that’s why I placed another order. This time they have just taken my money and ignored me. I’m Very disappointed. I’ve seen multiple people commenting with the same issue so it’s obviously an ongoing problem. Order number #38360. *UPDATE - @Katoura i emailed at both Support@katoura ( multiple times ) and hello@katoura also sent a dm to the instagram page and commented on one of the posts to try and get a response. My order did finally arrive on July 24 but considering the fact it was sent from Victoria and I live in Queensland and I ordered on July 8 that’s a long time. The label wasn’t even created until July 21st. If your company was experiencing delays with the product that’s understandable but the zero communication with your customers is ridiculous. I’ve seen multiple people saying the same thing. Ordered weeks ago and can’t get a response from you to emails etc. I’m very happy with your products and as I said I have ordered with you twice before this but it doesn’t make me feel confident ordering with you if I have no idea when or if it’s coming. You need to let people know when they order that you are experiencing long delays at the moment and that their order won’t be shipped for a few weeks and also reply to emails.

Been a customer for quite a few years now. I highly recommend. Their products are amazing. I absolutely love the strawberry products.

Their product is amazing, it just works as they say, makes you feel more fresh, more confident and smells great.

The ordering, delivery and follow-up is brilliant, have returned many times to make more purchases.

Don’t trust the fake bad reviews! I have been using katoura for years and I honestly love it! The drippa gel and restora oil are part of my daily shower routine. Sensitive girl friendly! And smells so subtle and natural. Love love loveeeeee

The products from this company are absolute miracle workers. Clean ingredients with very effective results. The yoni pops and yoni oil remain favorites for me. I won’t buy from any other brand! Keep you healthy and feeling good

I have been using this product for the past few years and I can never go without it! I’ve used similar in the past and after a week of using it, my natural flora reacts causing irritation and then I have to stop. BUT with Katoura that hasn’t happened! I usually buy the pretty v combo with extra restora oils. I work in close proximity of people and sometimes you feel insecure after a long day, trust, using these products it won’t even cross your mind.

A loyal customer for 2 years now. I absolutely love and dont go a day without using the Drippa Gel Wash and the Restora Oil. Peach and Strawberry are my go to scents/ flavour. Also love the scrub which I use fortnightly at a minimum. Being peri menopausal this is the perfect solution to unwanted dryness.

My experience with Katoura was very disappointing from start to finish. I expected a smooth process, but instead I ran into several issues that made the whole experience frustrating. When I tried to get assistance, the response was not as helpful as I hoped. Overall, I regret using this service.

He's swimming in it haha. this stuff is amazing. keeps me clean, soft and smelling delicious! the wash smells wonderful and smooth to use. the oil leaves my yoni velvety, i use it while the skin is a little damp. the yoni pops works after about 45 mins and my guy was licking in all up like a dog trying to get peanut butter from a container. He said it tasted sweet and wanted to keep eating! haha. great stuff the o-gel tastes great. It made me extra sensitive and made it easier to reach the goal.

First time order placement and have found there is terrible communication. Order placed on the 12th June and received an email 18th June of tracking details.
Have tried to log this info into Australian Post but states this is still pending/being packed??
Feel somewhat scammed - wish I had read customer reviews prior to purchasing.
Poor communication from the seller end.

I had a crazy allergic reaction to it - and I've NEVER been allergic to anything!
The 'wetness' they describe, I would actually compare to those novelty slappy hand kids toys.
Climax gel is a bad Gee up.
