I absolutely love all of their products! Everything has always arrived so quickly!
Before using these I struggled a lot with dryness, itchiness. Since using this I haven’t had one issue, plus it smells amazing!! I will never stop buying these products, absolutely obsessed 😍

I ordered 2 sets of the Tsunami Mami combo costing me over $250 and they shorted me an item so I took pictures as soon as I opened the box with everything I received and they are refusing to work with me. Love the products but not worth supporting their brand if they don’t stand behind what they promised.

Update: One of the founders reached out directly to apologize for my experience and made it more than right. They do stand on their brand. I guess it was a person in training but I am very pleased with this company.

Love the smell of this oil ofc this my 2nd time ordering and each time I received my order FAST🥰 I like to rub it all over my kitty so she can smell like strawberries and I get my way each time using this oil like the strawberry scent is on point😍

I’ve order these 3 times now they’re an absolute must!!! Works super well, however once it dries it gets very sticky which isn’t much different to many lubes so it isn’t a huge issue for me personally. There is also a bit of a taste to it so if your partner is going down on you or you’re going down on them keep that in mind

All I can say is.. these need to come with a Warning ⚠ disclosure in a good way 😻💦. Read this carefully 👀 unless you are ready for him to cling to you like gorilla glue in hair 🫢 don’t use it. These pops will have you leaving wet spots all over the bed 🌊. Hi, five weeks waiting and no word from company about delayed delivery. Contacted and received hi love on the docks email with no advice when it would arrive. Purchase $100. Very disappointed in service. If you aren't great at delivery you should have developed a system to keep buyer in the loop. Or provide refund without problems

If I could rate it lower than 1 I would. Bought some items which cost of over £30. Said it would take two weeks which wasn’t a problem. Problem comes when it’s time to communicate with their clients. I have emailed for over a week. Told them that my item hasn’t arrived got an email back asking for my order number. Provided them with all this information. However it’s been a week and still no answer I have emailed everyday almost asking for an update. No reply. I think when it comes to your customers a simple reply letting me know you’re looking into the matter would be highly appreciated however not even a reply. I think it’s rude and disgusting. And if you’re trying to grow your business you are going about it the wrong way. I didn’t want to argue with you just wanted some reassurance that you’re looking into my situation.

I ordered the make him swim combo and a body scrub, I only received 5 items instead of 7 , I contacted katoura 10 times with no response and have had to report them to consumer affairs to get some compensation, they are very unprofessional and if they do write to you , they say “ hey love “

I was super excited to try this companies products as I’d seen good stuff about it on instagram so decided to order the wap combo, drippa gel and the juicy watermelon scrub at the cost of £67.50 and £16 shipping on top of that to the uk on the 26th of March. I got a notification from DHL yesterday to say it was out for delivery so waited in all day only to get a notification to say it had been delivered. I went outside and checked to see if it had been left at the door or at any of my neighbours doors but it wasn’t there. There was a link to DHL website to track the order and there was a photo of a parcel outside a door that wasn’t mine. I got onto DHL and they said they couldn’t do anything and I was to contact katoura so that’s what I did. I mailed and explained I’d had a notification that my parcel had been delivered but I hadn’t received it and DHL had said I have to contact the seller. The next day I got an email from “Big K” saying

Hey love,

I understand that you may not have your items. Unfortunately, we can't prove that they haven’t been delivered, so it’s unfair to the business that they’ve shipped out the products to you that may have been stolen. We can offer you a code for 10% off your next order. Also, please see the attached photo as proof of your delivery. 

They had attached the picture from DHL of the parcel at a door that isn’t mine so I mailed back saying that’s not my front door with a picture of my front door. (The pic they have is in a block of flats and I live in a house) to which I got a one line response of..

Hi love, you can try to report it with DHL.

DHL won’t do anything but katoura will give me 10% off my next order to compensate the £83.50 I’ve already paid them and receive absolutely nothing! No thanks katoura, you’ve cost me enough already!!

UPDATE- on the 4th November Katiura asked trustpilot to ask for details, order number and email so they could understand my experience better. Sent the details straight away but haven’t had any communication from them so a pointless waste of time!
