Delivery was prompt however I returned my shoes because there was very little arch support. Glad I ignored the size guide which suggested a full size below my usual. Would say they’re pretty true to UK sizes.

I've bought the same pair of sandals every year for the last 6 years and would recommend them to anyone.

I bought another pair of Keen boots because they are perfect for the shape of my feet: comfortable and supportive, even on steep, rocky terrain. They are what I need for my purposes but they also look good.

I recently ordered a pair of walking boots & a pair Hyperport H2 sandals.
The boots were a great fit (size5) but the sandals were a half size too big.
I requested an exchange of size & within a week the request had been processed & the new sandals were dispatched & received.
I was in a bit of a panic as I had left my initial order a bit late & was reassured via email that generally the turn around is quite quick.
It took less that a week so needless to say , I was very pleased with the service provided.
Love both my shoes & now ready to go off to the Galapagos & the Atacama Desert for a very special holiday!

Bought a pair of 'waterproof' Keen hiking boots. On my first hike over slightly boggy ground they leaked. My five hiking companions, all with other makes of boots, had dry feet, apart from one whose boots had given five years of waterproof service previously.

Great. Easy, good delivery, smooth return for the unwanted styles. Pairs kept were great, comfy, good quality.

Lovely sandals, yet very tight. You might want to order a size up from your normal size. I had a similar pair before, and really loved them. Very comfy. I hope this pair will loosen up over time.

You sent via dpd, who left at a local petrol station for collection, they said they had tried to deliver, they had not.
You sent wrong size, 😢 missed my holiday, and questioned whether I had just checked paperwork, no apologies, suggested it was my fault. Returned 5 days ago, waiting to hear from you…

Love the colours and wide toe box. I have a bunion so comfort is important. They look great and I can wear them at work.

This is my second pair of keens. I first ordered a size 6 in pansy purple to wear with thick socks, beautiful colour. Then i ordered a size 5.5 in lily pad and cameo rose, they go with everything. Im normally a size 5 to 5.5 with wide feet but both sizes fit perfectly. Im thinking of ordering another pair they are so comfortable and light on my feet. Ordered one day and delivered the next day. Great service.

I wish you did bigger sizes in womens and did more open toes sandals. I resorted to buying mens which were awful.
I like some of the styles but there are not available in my size.
