The boots were delivered in reasonable time, I’ve only just started using them but they fit with my usual shoe size snd seem comfortable straight out of the box. The seems a bit high.

The swift attention and delivery was very pleasing. Unfortunately the boots did not fit but swift return and refund were outstanding. Previous pair gave exceptional wear and comfort.
Current difficulties with tendon made my new choice less successful but boots were as I expected.

I love the shoes a little wider fit than most other manufacturers which is amazing for me.
I also love the way they look however my girlfriend i have to admit doesnt like them, that being said she doesnt have to walk with my feet !

Don't order online, get fitted at a retailer.
TLDR; Seeminly good shoes, horrible return policy.
The online ordering process and delivery times were great but after wearing my Targhee IV Boots once the backs of my ankles were torn up (I got professionally measured before hand and followed the online sizing guide) so asked to exchange them for the shoe version of the same.
Because I'd worn them once outside they wouldn't accept a return but did offer me 20% off another purchase.
Nice shoes are a rare luxury for me so knowing I just flushed £155 down the toilet due to a tight-fisted return policy is a bit of a gut-punch.
I don't doubt the quality of the footwear, but I would warn people to purchase them from a retailer and get properly fitted and test them in-store, I imagine the retailer will have a better return policy too.

Superb walking shoes
I've been purchasing Keen walking shoes for 20 years always a great fit, love the wide toe fitting which is unavailable on most other brands, always waterproof no matter what the weather brings, first time buying through their website, quick delivery and 10 percent discount on my order, great service.

Better boot labelling on website
You do not make it clear on your website that Targhee IV boots now come in 2 width fittings, so I wasted my time and yours ordering boots that are too narrow. Please label your regular fit boots as 'Regular Fit', don't just mark the only wide fit boot as 'Wide'.
