Been nearly 3 weeks and still waiting for delivery, so cancelled the order, and still waiting for refund 5 days later from cancelling the order. Emailed and called and no response either, £154 out of pocket at the minute.

Shocking service.

Ordered a keg on the 8th March, was advised that it would be delivered on the 10th March.

I waited in all day and it did not arrive. I contacted customer service and was told the keg would then be delivered on the 14th March.

As I wanted it for that weekend I contacted them and offered to collect from the depot, I did not get a response.

The keg was then not delivered on the 14th March as promised, so I went ahead and asked for a refund.

It’s now April and I still haven’t received my refund.

Pathetic.

EDIT: 8th May - still no refund and no response to my emails. Avoid this company.

Still haven’t received my order and sent a couple emails asking for updates but no reply.

I have still too receive my order an I’ve had no correspondence this is very poor

Great company, always very helpful and professional. Good variety of products plus accessories and gaming equipment. Would be sober without them!!

When i order i sau delivery 2-4 days and past 8 days and the order is not coming

Delivery should have been 2-3 working days which have now been well exceeded. No communication initiated from the Merchant side and an apparent refusal to answer a phone or respond to an email.

I have been attempting to establish what I should do with the barrels I previously purchased that are now languishing in my garage. I assume they have some value and remain the property of the brewery ??

Also since paying for Keg Man to Install my home draught system I’ve had several issues with gas and the cooler system.

Despite several requests for advice (20+ attempted calls) little or no assistance was afforded to the point where I had to dump an entire barrel of San Miguel because it was solid foam. Could have been an easy issue to fix I guess to someone with knowledge of the system, but it was too much trouble to discuss despite the promise of a call back from a technician on several occasions.

I know little about this company but fear they have fallen into the trap of rapid growth without investing in customer support/care which is a real shame and very short sighted stance.

I sincerely hope Keg Man manage to resolve this issue in the near future, however until this is sorted I will be moving my custom elsewhere.

Update- Having posted this review I was contacted by Phil from Keg Man who did question the number of calls I had made to the company without response but was otherwise very supportive updating me on the delivery of the outstanding order and offering support around the wasted barrell of St Miguel. He also offered a replacement barrel once we had fixed the issue which he believes could be as simple as an issue with the chrome nozzle. Thank you to Phil for reaching out, if this offer of support comes to fruition I will update this review further and re-rate my experience.

Pub/Bar quality in your own home and the kegs of Moretti and San Miguel are as good a pint as you will get.

Phone up about 6 times. Just got told lie after lie about my been on delivery and call back some else told me it hasn’t even left yet. Shocking. I had a party all booked. Had to cancel it. That guys in the office. Didn’t seem to care at all. I’ll never use or recommend your company again. And will be putting this all over social media not to use this company.

3rd time we have used Keg Man for the Cheltenham Cup week/ St Patrick's Day Celebrations.
The team at Keg Man kept me updated along the way, the two guys that set up the bar for us had no issues with getting the bar keg etc up 3 flight of stairs!!

Excellent company to use!!!

Bought a keg on the 3rd was meant to be delivered on the 7th. Delivery cancelled without any explanation. Emailed to find out what had happened and was told the expiration date was to close so they had to cancel and re ship for delivery on the 10th. Now the evening of the 10th No delivery and no information. Very poor service so far.

Fantastic service from Kegman, I called them up to enquire about a single tap installation for my home bar. The fitters arrived very quick after ordering and was installed to a very high standard, very happy. Thanks to Phil and all the team.

Initially I had a bad experience with KegMan due to lack of communication. I escalated my concern and they immediately resolved my issue. I used them in the past and will continue to do so.

Great service, i had a little problem with delivery due to dpd carelessness ( my parcel was damaged and items missing) but kegman sent the missing items out plus a bonus sub for my inconvenience, will def be using them again 👍👍
