I was asked to call customer service to clarify something about my order and what I got was my order canceled versus getting the problem answered. I was not satisfied.

After waiting for my product it showed…

After waiting for my product it showed it had been shipped. But after tracking it it showed it was at the delivery center and had not moved as of January 24th. I called several times and the company chose to resend it. I am now waiting for it.
I love the product and will keep using it. Thank you for your support.

I believe the hair vitamins help with the growth of my hair. I had to stop using the minoxidil spray because it turned my gray hair yellow.

I ordered this product and waited and…

I ordered this product and waited and waited for it to be delivered. I finally tracked the order and it said it was delivered then returned to sender saying it was undeliverable. Which is ridiculous because I've NEVER had a problem with deliveries coming to my house. And they never even notified me of this. They were going to keep the product and my money! Horrible business! I have just requested a full refund. Let's see if they give it to me. Updates to follow.

Once a package leaves our warehouse, it is in the carrier’s possession and we unfortunately do not have control over delivery decisions or routing. We’re not certain why the carrier marked your package as undeliverable, particularly if you’ve never had delivery issues at your address before.

The returned package was received and scanned back into our warehouse on 2/9/2026, and your refund has been processed back to your original method of payment. Depending on your financial institution, it may take several business days to reflect.

We truly regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. If you would like assistance placing a new order or exploring alternative shipping options, our team would be glad to help.

Took my money but never delivered products

Received confirmation email on 12/30/2025 that my order had shipped. As of 1/20/2026 I still haven’t received the products. Sent an inquiry email to customer service on 1/15/2026 and so far it has been radio silence from Keranique. Very disappointing, highly doubt I’ll be reordering from this company.

Very disappointed

Read the fine print because that is where the issue lies, AND the second shipment was suppose to have been full size product and it was the small size. I am in no way not telling you not to try the product.

I purchased (I intended to purchase) a hair towel from Keranique. Instead, I received a set of hair products. I called Kernanique customer service and was told that there were no towels, so they decided to send me the products… When I claimed that I didn't need them, I was told that if I exchanged them, I would receive the same products again. And if I wanted to return them, I would have to pay shipping fees that would probably cost as much as the products themselves because they are heavy. Disgraceful behavior from a company that takes no responsibility and manages with impudence.

If I could do a negative stars I would. I bought it hoping to help thicken my hair. It didn’t help anything. I called to cancel it. I thought everything was fine. But then I had them trying to charge my card and I declined the purchase five times and my card number had to get changed because they wouldn’t stop trying and then they still sent me a box and are still trying to charge me for it I called them told them I canceled it, they tried to Charge the card and that didn’t work and they should never have sent it out. I told them I would send the whole box back unopened unused they just have to send me a label to send it back with but their policy is that I have to pay for return shipping. I didn’t ask for it. I’m not paying for return shipping so they told me that they are taking me to collections which is fine. I have all the statements from them trying to take the money and then still sending out the package after their charges were declined unfortunately, I can’t remember when or who I talk to when I called to cancel it because I didn’t think it was gonna be a big deal. Learned my lesson.so it’s not that the product was horrible but the customer service is horrible.
Reading their reply, I do appreciate that they credited the account, I still have a full box of products that I won’t use and I think it’s such a waste to throw them away. I am going to try to donate them.

Keranique.com uses illegal marketing tactics

Keranique.com uses aggressive and shady marketing affiliates that spam your email daily and avoid filters by using rotating domains, image only encoded messages, and ignore unsubscribe requests. Besides the fact I never signed up for email from them or their affiliates (I’m sure there is some shady way they have purchased my information via some crappy website I have been on and inadvertently “gave permission” to), this is a disgusting and illegal practice that violates FTC rules. I would never buy their product if it was literally the last thing on earth.

I order shampoo and condioner i believed Dec 11, 2025 until now not received yet. I got an email they said it ship Dec 20 but the tracking number is invalid. I email them asking about hows my order no response. I called 2 times still they can't give you a date when gonna be delivered. .
I'm still hopeful will receive my order. They said 9 days it' 17days now😒

Being on a GLP-1 has benefits and…

Being on a GLP-1 has benefits and disadvantages. One being hair loss.
I tried Keranique and then went to something else and there was a big difference. Keranique definitely slows down the shedding and fall out. But it leaves my hair a little sticky so I mix it with a Keratin shampoo and conditioner. The Keranique Kit comes with minoxidil and it does not work with fall out from GLP1. Ive only reordered the shampoo and conditioner.

Im trying other supplements. If anyone else is having good luck with any product or supplements for the GLP1 hair loss Id be grateful to hear about it.
