You all have an incorrect address on your website for returns, USPS said it was undeliverable and after spending $30 to ship it I had to spend another $30 to ship it to a different address that was given to me over the phone

I ordered lights with bulbs but they came without bulbs. I also ordered wire nuts but they did not arrive with the shipment. I have tried calling and emailed but get little or mo response

Hello Andy, one of our reps had talked to you on the phone already and got the light bulbs shipped out for you after their phone call. Sometimes items can get misplaced but we always take care of any mis shipments. For future, our customer service phone number would be the quickest way to reach one of our reps.

Terrible Service!!
Service is absolutely terrible. Going on 3 weeks now and still have not received a reply on a technical question on the product that we purchased. And we cannot install the products until the question is answered!!

We gave you two options of different transformers and mentioned that our lights have no issues with either transformer style. Would buy again, Really great product
Really great product. I had to replace three high end solid brass fixtures that had an integrated LED. When one light burned out it could not be replaced so had to throw all 3 away. The Kings product has a replaceable light and looks fantastic

It would not connect to my 2g wireless…
It would not connect to my 2g wireless network no matter what I tried. I disabled the 5g. I tried to connect sitting right next to my ISP's router and nada. It did it's search thing and then timed out.
It's not working as designed.

Did you bring the device next to your router as well? Since the device is Wi-Fi dependent, it helps to create the first initial connection close by the router then once it's been connected to the app, you can move it to its installation location.
