My pool light arrived open box missing the manual instructions for installation and was missing the bolts to attach it
I reached out to customer service to explain the situation and then they stopped responding

Picked out the fixtures I wanted. They combined the sale of fixtures with installation and design recommendations regarding placement of all fixtures. Work was excellent. I was looking for bright outdoor string lights that would operate off an existing 12v lighting system and found these after a long search. At 2 watts each, these LED’s are four times brighter than the nearest alternative. The bulbs are sturdy and attractive. The wiring is _heavy_ —looks like outdoor 120v cabling, strong enough to string at distance without additional support. There was one dead socket at one end, but I didn’t ask for a replacement because I didn’t need light at that spot anyway. Easily five stars.
