Stress Free Experience
We were really unclear what are options were regarding trusts and wills, we arranged a teams meeting.
We got all our options explained, which we were then able to make informed choices. All the paperwork was sent quickly. It was all clearly marked for us to sign and return. The cost was clear with no hidden costs.
Once you have completed your request you are not forgotten, you can call, email to ask questions if you require other help.

Always there to help
We had a call to say that they had changed hands and we should book an appointment. We did.. information was sent you us… and we had a call from them to discuss our Will and options.
Emails asking questions were answered. Paperwork was sent to us to complete and send back. And confirmation was given. All was explained and completed with ease. Very happy with the service given by everyone. Thank you.

I like the way my documents were…
I like the way my documents were written and presented. It was good and impressive but I experienced some stress in correcting the order I wanted my children’s names to be written on the documents that is in line with my culture. Apart from that I was happy with the end result of Kingswood Partnership.
