Hele slechte klantservice. Lukt niet om mijn account verwijderd te krijgen.
Spullen schijnen op voorraad te zijn als je op de website kijkt maar dit blijkt totaal niet zo te zijn.

If you spend money on expensive tools, and expect items like a file to arrive wrapped and not banging against a set of wrenches, Klium is NOT the place for you.

If you like buying cans of high performance grease and seeing them arrive dinged and dented so that once opened they can never be resealed, Klium is the place for you.

If you ask what warranty a professional power tool has, don't worry, they will tell you one year and that they will take care of picking it up and returning it to you free of charge.

Now, as soon as you receive it, and even without even 14 calendar days having passed, as European law states, you turn on the tool and without using it, after two minutes it is burning and you report what is happening... As Klium is your site, you can already imagine what will happen... They will tell you that you complain too much, THEY WILL CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT, and they will tell you that if you want to send them the tool you have to pay for it, because it is very expensive for them to send and collect in Spain. But yes, when you pay the shipping costs to Spain so that they throw away the items of your order like in a garbage box, then they do not care about sending to Spain.

THEY IGNORE THE EUROPEAN CONSUMER LAW. EVERY EUROPEAN CONSUMER HAS THE RIGHT TO 14 CALENDAR DAYS OF TRIAL WHEN PURCHASING FROM A DISTANCE, AND THE LAW CLEARLY STATES THAT IF THE RETURN IS DUE TO A DEFECT IN THE ITEM, IT IS THE SELLER WHO MUST ASSUME THE COSTS OF THE RETURN.

This has only just begun. I always record the opening of all my orders on video, in case there is a problem. Of course, I have the videos of all the packages sent by Klium and little by little I will put links to the videos on forums and opinion sites related to tools, especially in the Netherlands and Belgium, so that people can freely give their opinions. I always make sure to record the box in 360º before opening it so that it is clear that its contents have not been manipulated.
