I’m so happy that we decided to use Knightsbridge. I saw them on Dragon’s Den and thought what they were doing was brilliant. It took a bit of administrative stuff to sign up with them as they have checks and balances they need to do, but once it was done, it has been the easiest ever. We get our pensions from the USA so I transfer money every month from my USA account to my Canadian account. I figure we save about $500 - $800 per year by using Knightsbridge. All I have to do is call and I’ve never had trouble or mistakes. All of their staff are pleasant and efficient and it takes about 3 minutes to complete the call and then the transfer is completed a week later. A great idea for a Canadian company to offer a service that’s easy and saves us money. I’ve occasionally done it for a family member as well if they’re going on a trip. We’ve been using them now for several years. I highly recommend them.

I have used Knightsbridge several times. The process is very simple and efficient. Just book your money, send them the Canadian funds by bill payment and your US$ show up about 2 business days after they receive your funds. A MUCH better rates than those thieving banks. to date, I have had zero issues.

Setting up conversions by phone in the past has provided very favorable exchange rates, however the bank transfer processes taking 2 days in each direction meant the whole process could take up to a week to complete.
Using the dashboard and e-transfer (or wiring) of funds to Knightsbridge has resulted in the converted amount being wired and deposited into the receiving account THE NEXT DAY! Smooth and seamless. Well done!
