The exchange rate is far superior to what you can at banks or credit unions. The user interface is quite intuitive and if you have any questions the support staff responds quickly. All you have to do is book a an exchange of CDN$ to US$. You can see the exchange rate and book it at that rate. you then have to send a Bill Payment for the CDN$ to your Knightsbridge account. The money will be exchanged at the prebooked rate. The US$ are then transferred to the financial institution and account # of your choice. Very easy!
