Very good rates, and very easy to put the transaction through. I was a bit apprehensive as it was my first transaction that I did myself on the behalf of the company, but the process couldn't have been easier.

I’ve used Knightsbridge FX for years and have had a great experience. Their exchange rates are very close to the spot rate, especially compared with the 2.5–5% spread you can often end up paying at the big banks.

The savings really add up. When we moved to the U.S., sold our Canadian home, and needed to convert a significant amount of CAD to USD, Knightsbridge saved us a lot of money. Even on a $10,000 transaction, saving around $250 compared with a typical bank rate makes it a no-brainer.

It’s also very easy to use. You can set up the transaction online or simply message them through the chat. For transferring the funds, I usually use the EFT option, which takes around 4–5 business days, or you can use a wire if you need the funds more urgently.

I definitely prefer using Knightsbridge over the cross-border exchange rates from TD or RBC. The process is straightforward, the service has always been great, and most importantly, the rates are very competitive. Highly recommended, especially if you regularly exchange CAD and USD or are making a larger transaction.

Great experience exchanging funds and having deposited in my US bank account. The whole process was done on line, and very efficiently. The funds were in my US bank the next day. Also a better rate than you can get through your bank.
