Every agent I have worked with has been efficient and thorough following up the phone call with an immediate email that includes the details of the exchange. The exchange rates from US to Canadian dollars are always excellent for a private person exchanging funds. The transaction is always streamline with electronic transfer of the funds out of and then in to my accounts after the exchange within the 5’day window expected.

The process is incredibly easy, seamless and reliable. After I had executed my very first exchange, the option to simply repeat the process with subsequent exchanges made it even easier. The rates charged by Knightsbridge are much better than either of the two major banks that I deal with! I only need to wait a few extra days to access my converted funds and the short delay is well worth it.

For anyone needing to convert CAD to USD and back frequently, or in large amounts using Knightsbridge will save at least 2 to 3% off the buy/sell spread. Service is fast and streamlined and to date there have been zero mistakes. I have used this service many times for both personal and business transactions since 2018 and there has yet to be a problem. Though the order placement is immediate, the only consideration to getting the highly discounted rates is that the transaction takes a full week to complete so planning ahead is critical.
