Knightsbridge offers a very good exchange rate even for smaller sums, and the experience is very smooth using the same accounts I have used previously. It does take five days to exchange USD for CAD, though.

Compared to my bank's charge for the same amount, I saved well over $200. I noticed that I gave them the wrong bank info so I went to their Chat and they relayed the proper info to their accounting staff and I still got the exchanged funds the next day. Very pleased. I love the chat option for buying USD! I've been a client for perhaps 15 years. While the telephone got the job done, the chat option speeds up the transaction process to maybe 2 minutes.
