Konga agent helped me place a delivery and since last year October I haven't gotten the goods..
I asked for refund and since December 25th he said he would keep reminding them.

Konga please help me contact Sagamu agent ( (Mr Ayodeji), Ogunsola state, to send me the tracking number or give me my money for refund.

I have been chatting with the WhatsApp agent and they keep posting me and there.

I have placed order using Jumia agents and never experienced this.

Please look into it. Thanks

Most useless company ever, they don’t allow products to be rated, allow bad products to be sold on their site. Stay far away from them

The only thing the company is good at is dishing out false information, tactics to get rid of the customer rather than help. If you love your sanity don't buy anything from the site. Order placed 5th November 14th as of this text, not delivered.

I ordered for a product which at most is supposed to be delivered in 7 days interval but today it has passed the 7 days and I'm yet to receive my item(s) I would advice people to stay off from this platform/website or rather be very careful or you pay on delivery 🚚🚚🚚 You call their agent and he wouldn't pick because he has no clear explanation to justify his/their act, their customer care service is weak as well, for now Konga is a no no.

Every one star review of Konga on Trustpilot is absolutely correct. They are scammers. They allow sellers to send fake products, used products sold as new, products that doesn’t meet product description and faulty products. When you buy electronics, it lasts one day before it breaks.

The return process is deliberately so convoluted to prevent returns and to stick buyers with the fake products. They also prevent you from leaving reviews meaning all the reviews on their site are fake. Avoid at all costs!

This is the worst online shopping mall in Nigeria, if you came looking for reviews to help you make a decision regarding purchasing anything from them. I’ll advise you never pay before delivery. The customer service is totally useless, they don’t even value their customers but the money they’re extorting from them. I’m not surprised they have such terrible reputations already, they should be criminalized for the indifferent, cruel and disgusting ways they carry out their business activities.

I ordered book shelves and paid at check out, including shipping charge.
Next day, the seller called me to say I need to pay more money because I haven't paid enough for shipping.
I refused and told the seller to cancel. He then called back saying no problem, the item will be delivered. The seller promised to deliver the item on 4 separate occasions, and has been lying every time.
After 3 weeks I asked Konga to cancel and refund me.
They keep communicating with the seller and telling me the seller is delivering the item. They are as bad as the seller.
Just refund me so I can move on and buy from somewhere else, but definitely not Konga!

I will not trust this Konga business for sale of any fixed asset, they allow vendors to wrongly advertise false and pretend goods on their website then go ahead and sell those faulty good. They brought me a useless laptop and the reason they couldn’t take it back was “I had already opened it” that is too show you the scams happening on this website. Are you not supposed to open the package to check what you got what stupid ideology is that? You’re on your own if you buy things from them.

I paid for platinum membership and I can’t even find my product on their website… just a bunch of unprofessional people took my money and can’t do their job. Not a single sale and I paid for the highest self membership

Konga does not allow one-star ratings, which I have observed multiple times. Whenever you attempt to rate a product with one star, it displays an error message. Subsequently, the item does not appear on the list of unreviewed items. Conversely, when you rate a product with a high star rating, it uploads instantly. It seems that Konga is attempting to conceal poor ratings.

I ordered a stainless steel pressure cooker and the brand advertised was Sonik however I received an aluminum pressure cooker instead from the brank Veronica. Theres no clear way to leave a review on Konga. Its a complete scam. It I wanted an aluminum pressure cooker I could of gotten one for way cheaper than this falsely advertised stainless steel pot.

Konga Konga...placed an order for a phone. After three days or more I was told the phone was no longer available and that the money had been returned to my Konga account (not my bank).

Deceptive manoeuvre to force me to buy from them. Bought another to avoid the drama of transfering money to my bank. Order still not received, since purchase on 26th of April.

Emailed them and got a silly template driven email talking like a robot. Inefficient and in my experience borderline deceptive guys. Avoid!

Konga is the worst I made a payout request from konga it took them 28days to refund my money to My bank account after I sent an email that I will take them to court the next day I received my money guys don't pay before you buy anything on konga ohh pay on delivery instead

First of all, they will give options to pay in advance, pay on arrival and other is, I think konga pay or so, I am in Nigeria, I paid for this vacuum cleaner in advance and the other product was AA battery charger, I was satisfied with with the battery charger, though not the best, but the vacuum cleaner is a toy with a battery and another reason was I picked the one that can only be plugged to a car cigarette lighter which classified it as a car accessory (I needed a vacuum cleaner for house use not for car use) , because of these 2 reasons, I requested for a returned they refused, telling me that the product was in a good condition when it arrived, it is the right color that I chose etc so because of that they won't accept it return .. If you want to experiment konga, don't pay in advance pick the pay on arrival option.

I just copy it from the web and now i learn that is true : Most sellers (98% of the sellers) on Konga advertises a big brand but ends up delivering to you a cheaper inferior brand. It is scamming. Konga should be held responsible for not checking the products that sellers sells to customers that it fit the description.

Stay Away ---- they are scammers.... the suplied products are not as advertized in their web site ....

The delivery service of Konga is extremely poor. I purchased an item it took over 2 weeks to get to me in Kaduna. This is even after several calls and email. It was really a nasty experience.

I had shop my laptop on Konga and found out the laptop was bad after 3days,it was hell calling them everyday to complain and they keep posting me they will get back to me and nothing was done. I keep calling every day and hearing the same story till after 3weeks they decided I should return. As if that's not enough, the address given to me for return was a wrong address in ikorodu. An outlet that doesn't function and made me go through stress locating there new outlet before someone told me where exactly they are. Items returned for over 4days now and withdrawing my refund on my wallet a problem again. Wahala part 3. I call and call again they directed me to the support team. 48hours of emails no response not mail from them/ I charted them on whatsalll and the same story is redirecting me to the support team I had send mail to earlier,telling me there is nothing he can do to it. Nonsense people. All I want is my refund as they have tempted me enough. Getting my money is another problem. I seize to buy item from Konga henceforth ooooooo

They are very unprofessional and unethical, if not why would the seller message me directly that what I paid for initially is not available but they had a more expensive one meanwhile konga sent me a mail that my order has been shipped. I called requested for a refund, it took so long to refund the wallet after mailing and calling severally, now no option to to get my money back to my bank, almost two weeks. 121,000 for a wheelchair, if this is not fraudulent I don’t know what is. My previous order before this says it had been delivered, till tomorrow I haven’t gotten any call. In 2021, I had similar issue with a seller calling me, said what I ordered is sold out in that color and wants to replace with another color. I am not one to regret my actions but I feel so much regret after this, deleting my account and app after I get my money.

The delivery service of Konga is beyond terrible. The level of incompetence is alarming as well as very lazy workers. Konga has delayed the delivery of my order within Lagos for a whole week and a day. They keep giving lame excuses and never follow up with your request. I can't place any more orders with Konga.
