My advisor Kevin was very empathise
My advisor Kevin was very empathise, considerate and not judgemental in my situation, he even gave advice on helping me manage other matters which is hugely compassionate and has not been my experience in the past. Given my situation is not abnormal but my financial situation is fluctuating due to personal circumstances he has even given me a 30 day extension despite my agreement of setting up a payment plan. Very considerate advisor, thank you Kevin 😊

From the outset, she was professional, approachable, and genuinely listened to my concerns. What stood out most was that she never came across as patronising or dismissive. Instead, she took the time to understand the situation fully and treated my queries with respect and empathy.
She explored every possible angle, considered all available options, and went above and beyond to see what could be done to help. It was clear that she was committed to finding the best possible outcome rather than simply providing a standard response.
Her knowledge, patience, and determination gave me confidence that everything possible was being done, and thanks to her efforts there is the potential for a very positive outcome.
A real credit to the organisation and an excellent example of what outstanding customer service should look like. Thank you for all your help.
