I have been harassed by these Lantern…
I have been harassed by these Lantern crooks for weeks, even though my affairs are being fully dealt with by StepChange. They are absolutely the worst kind of company. Despite spending my time getting in touch with StepChange to pass their details to resolve this, and receiving confirmation that it was sorted, I still had a harassing letter through the door, not mentioning calls at all times of the day. Pathetic company to deal with! Rude staff as well

I spoke with Alex, Alex was absolutely wonderful. He was incredibly kind, patient and understanding of my current circumstances, and he made what could have been a very stressful conversation feel so much easier. He listened without making me feel judged, took the time to understand my situation and offered me alternative options to help ease some of the financial pressure I’m currently experiencing. I genuinely finished the call feeling less anxious than when I started it.
