I spoke to a lovely lady named Amina.
I have some mh conditions that sometimes makes it difficult for me to engage with people, particularly over the phone.
However Aminas professionalism and her empathetic attitude made it an easy process and we successfully agreed an affordable repayment plan.
Amina listened and explained everything very clearly.
She was really helpful and has sent some extra information that I may find beneficial.
Her customer service skills are exemplary and she should be identified by her management for being a great representative.
