Initially what I thought was a straightforward order was somewhat complicated by added items and extra delivery costs. I immediately contacted customer service and received two options. What I really wanted was a refund of extra unwanted items and this was met quickly. I must say that the communication was great - quick and effective.

They fixed an issue right away and were very friendly and professional. They responded immediately once contacted which is rare with companies. The product works absolutely great also!!

I had extra items added onto my order mistakenly. I sent an email to have this rectified. The response was quick and professional. All items removed and money refunded within days. Great customer service. Would highly recommend. Product is also highly recommended.

Shipping was amazing customer service very good right on point able to answer and respond to questions. I do feel like the mascara lacked what the company said. It definitely gave my lashes volume, but nothing like any of the videos showed you still a very great product. Just don’t expect your lashes to look like what they do in the ads. And that’s coming from somebody that already has long dark lashes.

First when I came across the website through Facebook I was kinda skeptic to buy anything but I took a chance! I didn't have any problems searching through the website looking for contact lenses in my color. And they had my perscription strength. That's always a PLUS!
I did have some complications during the check-out process. It was a little confusing. Since the transaction didn't go through as expected I contacted Customer Service and they responded right away with my concern. My transaction went through successfully and Customer Service confirmed it as well.

I had to communicate for an unauthorized charges, After I received an answer from Claire, she was very kind, she knows how to talk with the clients, she is very professional.

I ordered three by mistake and customer service quickly fixed the problem . I am surprised to say that I do love the mascara!!! It gives length and volume. So happy with my purchase though I was skeptical at first. This will replace all of my mascaras and I will definitely reorder

They add unwanted products to your purchase first of all. Then even if you choose a one time purchase, you end up being automatically added to a monthly subscription and get charged. Apparently another is on its way and i didnt even want one. And its hard to figure out how to cancel it.

I was disappointed that the checkout process was not clear! They have continue in large letters but no not interested very small! Clicking continue I didn't realize it was adding additional product! My bill went from just over $15 to over $71!!

They then offered me refunds far less than what I deserved to get me to keep the additional products! My consistent refusal and they returned all additional funds!

They responded quickly and when they started they were returning my funds, they were back in my account in 2 days!

I didn't like the deceptive tactic to add product but they're response was immediate!

They get a 3 overall but a 5 on customer service! I kept the original order and will review it when it gets here!

I am writing a follow up from previous review following interactions with customer support. I sent an email because I thought I was missing a tube of mascara. Customer support contacted me via email within 24 hours telling me it was not 2 tubes I was to receive, but 2 different kinds of brushes on the same tube. I would suggest PROCEED WITH CAUTION! Read the wording very closely. The ad actually shows 2 tubes, but the wording is just slight enough to trick you into thinking you are getting 2 actual tubes. I would consider this a form of DECEPTIVE advertising. I would not purchase from this company again.

I had made a purchase but also accidentally purchased extra products when I was checking out. When I contacted Lash Cosmetics and explained what happened they immediately took care of the issue and refunded my money right away. Very professional and understanding. It was greatly appreciated. Thank you very much. Will definitely be purchasing more products in the future.

I just bought some mascara from them and they have also charged me for something else. I think they’ve charged me for a VIP subscription, which I did not want, nor ask for. Now I will have to contact my bank for a chargeback. Pain in the backside.

The company was willing to listen to my point of view regarding the orders in question. I appreciate the professionalism and the grace they showed me by giving me a full refund.

The check out process is horrible and will add extra items to your order and it takes forever to receive the product. Not worth the headache!

I am partially sighted ,and made mistakes on my order and ended up with a lot more than I wanted
