The sizes aren’t EU, the web shows a London address … however returns have to go to China ! So obviously they are too expensive to return. Even tho they are too small they asked me to keep them , paid for obviously ! But they would offer me 15 % off a future purchase ! Ridiculous … I shoulda checked here first

The sizes are way small .No tags on products and will return item! Cheap China junk !! Do not buy it is shit!!!!

Awful quality trousers. Not like description or photo. Just want a refund, several emails back and forth, so far no address to send back to etc. Never buy from them. Fake UK company.

Avoid this company! Dont purchase anything from them. Poor quality and sketchy returns process that will cost you.
Items are dispatched from China, taking around two weeks too arrive.
I ordered an XL jacket that was barely large enough to put on, with a very poor quality not as advertised online.
Returns policy is not as advertised. All must be tracked and returned to China at the customers expense. After being offered 5% increments of a refund upto their final offer of 20%.

I am not too concerned that it took over two weeks for my items to arrive. These items are NOT what they have posted on their site. Their version of Cashmere is possibly cotton. These items are definitely NOT cashmere. Also, the buttons on the cardigan do not line up with the buttonholes, so I have to take them off and sew them on again.
Am now afraid to wash them for fear that they become unwearable.

If I could give no stars I would.
Ordered a dog bed on 22 September. I followed up with the store after not receiving it for a week. Got a reply to say it's out of stock & offered me to exchange for something else with a discount. I didn't want anything else & requested a refund. 7 further emails of me explicitly saying I want a refund, now the 7 October, & they're still replying offering me to exchange & have not yet refunded me.

Do not purchase from this company.!

In response to the reply below, it's misleading to put it mildly. The product I ordered is not in stock. I've asked for a refund 7 times now & my request is being ignored with an automated reply of offering me similar products. I do not want them. I have already purchased the item elsewhere at this stage.

Again, do not purchase anything from this company!

0 stars if possible, this company is selling cheap versions of other products which are low in quality and NOT anything like the originals. Avoid avoid avoid you are being scammed. You will also not be able to get your money back. They need to be reported and dealt with ASAP.

Getting no response from their own website. Company states clearly that they respond to emails sent to advertised hello email address at lasmir.com within 24-48 hours. I tried to cancel my order made on 11th September (within 15 minutes of ordering) via the email address listed above. I got no response. They also list a UK phone number for customer contact which is +4474888444962 where I left messages to do the same. I got no response. The item arrived today 6th October at 12.40pm - I opened it by 1pm. The item is a glass chandelier. It was entirely shattered. I have now written again to the email address hello lasmir.com to arrange refund etc. Based on reviews here I am concerned that I won't get a refund slip - nor will I be fully refunded - yet I have a completely useless and redundant object as it is simply broken. If you are reading this representing Lasmir please do not simply respond to me stating that your email address - I need something more meaningful and I need to know that I will get a 100% refund and that shipping back costs will be covered by Lasmir. Given the circumstances I warn you away from this company.

The linen shirt is great for hot afternoons. I like the fabric but wish they had more colors in stock when I ordered. Still, it feels light and breathable, and shipping didn’t take long.

Sent a sweater tagged as XL but it had a chest size of 40 inches. The would not accept returns. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE CHINESE RIP-OFF MERCHANTS

If only I could leave no stars…absolutely appalling clothing! Described as ‘cashmere knit’, this item was hideous quality polyester printed with a photographic knit pattern. When I demanded a refund I was bombarded with offers of 10, then 15 and then 20percent refund with a ‘special’ gift voucher to spend in their store - as if!!!! I now have to post the horrible thing back to China in the, no doubt vague, possibility of a refund. IF TEMPTED, ABSOLUTELY DO NOT BUY

The product arrived but was not as described the picture use to sell the product was misleading. The company try their best to stop you from returning their product by offering 15% refund and you keep the product (which didn't fit) I would not recommend buying from this company if you would like a pleasant online shopping experience.

This company is a SCAM!! The "Genuine Leather Boots" I ordered took 3 weeks to arrive and are rubbish! They are thin plastic and don't even fit around my legs and I have skinny legs. Theyr only fit for the bin. After a week of emailing and receiving idiotic offers which culminated in a refund of 20% off the £40 I paid for them they have now offered a full refund but I am responsible for the shipment cost. I have advised them I want free shipping as the goods are not as described and are not fit for purpose but they keep bouncing the same email back. There address is not London as it states it is China so more false advertising and the shipping cost would be very expensive, I am already out of pocket and as it states in the reviews customers who have returned their goods have not received a refund. PLEASE AVOID ORDERING FROM THIS COMPANY!! Your just throwing your money away. I really wish I had read the Trust Pilot reviews before ordering not the reviews on their Web site which are fabricated.

Further to all the previous reviews - which unfortunately I failed to look at, this company is dreadful. The cashmere cardigan I ordered took nearly 4 weeks to arrive and is complete rubbish. After several emails I have been offered a 10% refund and a 40% discount on further purchases, obviously useless as there is no way I would ever buy from them again. No sign of a return label, so I guess I have to chalk it up to experience. Do not use this company.

The item was not as described and a cheap mock up and company uses a fake trust pilot rating on their website.

Response to lasmir.com comments: I have reached out to them BEFORE rating them and despite advertising a 30 day return and refund, they are refusing to accept a return and refund for the items but offering 40% of next purchase. I said several times I do not wish this option but want to return items unused and in original packaging, but they only send same worded email saying 'no' but I can have the 40% off next purchase.
If you advertise that you advertise on website that you. Have a 30 day return policy for defective and non defective item, you should honour that.

Lasmir misled me about their return policy. The website advertises “easy return” with a UK address, but when I requested a return, they refused to provide the UK return address (despite me asking 7 times) and demanded that I send the goods to China at my own expense. They only offered a partial refund or store credit, which is against their published UK policy.

I ordered a pair of boots the advert said genuine leather boots with a London address, took nearly two weeks to arrive, plastic pvc from China, I got a refund from my bank on the grounds they are misleading customers it’s a load of cheap junk scammers. Need closing down and reporting to trading standards.

The website boasts a UK address and describes a free and easy returns process. They do inform you that the buyer pays return postage but then list a UK address below, however the return address is in fact in China.

The address is a managed office service and the returns process is neither free nor easy.

Your goods will be cheap low quality garbage shipped direct from PRC, they will take forever to arrive.Think TEMU but without the customer service or low prices.

When I enquired about a return they offered a 10% refund and warned that the returns process is complex, expensive and lengthy but did not provide any details, a second request gained an offer of 15% refund and an incomplete postal address along with advice that they would inspect the goods on receipt and determine if a refund was warranted which would then take a further 7 days. My third request gained a more complete address but no instruction on what paperwork would be needed for them to identify my return.

The garbage pair of boots is now with Royal Mail £12 including insurance. My guess is that they will not part with a refund.

Avoid this web site it is a scam.

Do not trust the reviews on their site! Absolutely fake! I was gifted a baby orthopedic cushion which took 3 weeks to arrive (not a problem), but what was delivered was atrocious ! Wow. It came with no labels or anything to say what it was, there was nothinggg orthopaedic about it (it was flat and just overall extremely poor quality!). I wish I could attach a picture of what was delivered. Anyways, I’d advise to not order anything from here as I can guarantee the quality of what you receive will be veryyyy different what was is advertised.

They offered a bunch of discounts and 10% refund but honestly I want nothing from them.
