Please stay away from this company . They are a fake company , supplying extremely low quality jackets and passing them off as real leather . The items smell of toxic chemicals and are cheap rubbish . Beware of these fraudsters . They ask you to email them for return/refunds and just never respond . Everyone BEWARE. Fraudsters!

Less than one star would be better. I ordered what was described as a 5xl fully waterproof long raincoat. What arrived was laughable. Only 2xl at best and so thin, clearly not waterproof at all. I have had numerous exchanges during which they’ve offered me no more that £4.50 refund on a nearly £30 purchase. Then they asked me to post it back to China. They must think I’m mad to throw more money at it. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE CROOKS

Delivered item was not as described. Purchased through UK retailer - item despatched from China! Returns was at own cost “ As the return process can be very time- and effort-consuming, and on top of that very expensive” offered 10% off to keep item that did not work. A scam do not use.

Avoid this company at all cost kept having to contact them regarding my order then gets a message to say it had been delivered when I contacted them again to say I had not had it was told its nothing to do with them.🤬🤬🤬🤬

I ordered 2 Cashmere pullovers .They were in a sale and reduced and I paid £59 for both .
I received 2 pullovers labelled 100 % synthetic with a shirt sawn in it . It is not what was advertised and expensive for cheap textiles . They offer 10% rebate but no return despite clear policy advertised . I did read their reviews and obviously despite being verified they may not have been genuine for this product . an expensive mistake .
Following various offers from Lasmir company offering 40% command i wanted to return my £59 purchase. This was difficult . I paid £13 to return the packet to their chinese company . They do not have a company in London as per website . In have tracked the parcel with evri . It now the 22/10 but still not received . Let see what happens next . Until now no money back . A complete farce .

Up date it is now the 18/11/2025. Lasmir never received the parcel I send as it is stuck in Chinese customes . Evry said they would investigate . Still no reply . And lasmir never followed through, stating they never received my returned parcel. So I lost all . Lasmir discourse like many chinese company is that they offer discount on your next purchase but you are stuck with their fake product . I repeat do nor buy from this company all they send you is not the product advertise .

I ordered a pair of waterproof trainers as I wanted them for walking my dog in the park. I received them last week and my first walk wearing them I came home with wet feet.so much for waterproof??I contacted them and they replied by saying I had ordered the wrong trainers and they would offer me 40% discount off my next order.as if I'd waste any more money.totally disgusted,do not buy off them,rubbish.i wouldn't even give them 1star

Item description for sandals said "Premium quality leather" instead cheap plastic rubbish arrived !!
Ordered a size EU 41 GB size 7 and what turned up was at least a size EU 43-44 GB size 9, sent email and photos to Lasmir!
Tried multiple times to get them to supply me with returns details, but just kept fobbing me off with return emails and now the time for a refund has expired

Ordered a jacket. Their sizing XL supposed to be a 42" bust. I am a size 16/14. Like a straight jacket when it came. More like a 10/12. They have offered me 40% refund as it is what I ordered. Their sizing is all wrong. Don't order from them. I have had this before they are from China and offer you different refunds. Photo available.

Don’t buy from this company. I wish I had read the reviews before I purchased. I ordered a padded jacket which looked lovely on the photos. When it arrived it was faulty and unwearable plus they had covered a hole on the sleeve with a tacky patch. They won’t give me a refund and have offered a 10% discount. Disgraceful!

Would've given zero had it been available. I ordered a jacket thinking it was a bargain, more fool me. It was advertised as Premium Suede but when it arrived I didn't even need to open the package to see it was clearly faux suede and I wouldn't have ordered it at all had it been advertised as such. I wanted to return it for a refund but you have to email them for instructions on how to do that so I sent several emails explaining that the item was not as described and I wanted to return it. The emails just kept bouncing back to me. I tried the phone numbers, one was unavailable and the other one just had a message to tell you no one was available to take your call. I put in a complaint to PayPal and was asked to contact another company Wowkio Ecom Ltd (I assume a parent company). I did this but they sent an email apologizing that I hadn't received the item? After sending yet another detailed email to them they asked me to send photographs showing the DEFECTS on the jacket!!! I'd explained on more than one occasion why I didn't want it and nothing to do with defects! This has been so frustrating so I referred the problem back to PayPal who have refunded me the cost. I'm still waiting for either of the companies to let me know how and where to return the jacket. I wouldn't advise anyone to use this company absolutely terrible. Misleading advertising and no customer service. Steer clear. Thank goodness for PayPal.

Further to my previous review, I sent back the inferior product I received at a cost of nearly £14 and still not received my refund. Do not buy from here, I’m sure they reply using AI as I am chasing my refund and they keep coming back with the same response telling me to return their terrible product.

I am now out of pocket for the cost of the product and the postage for returning the item.

No response from emails the cardigan I ordered arrived after 2 weeks screwed up in plastic bag supposed to be mohair nothing like model on site very thin poorly made you wouldn't buy from £1 rail in charity shop please do not purchase from them wasting time and money not good at all after I sent back tracked via Royal mail they took picture of delivery so I know they have back thank the lord above I use PayPal please do not buy from them. Have read the reply and do not want a replacement I want a full refund that's all I paid to return it to London address on website no where does it state on there back to China no I want a refund do not send me anything from your so called company

I had an incredibly disappointing experience with Lasmir and cannot recommend this brand to others.

I purchased a jacket (Order #LR2950) that arrived on September 15, 2025. Shockingly, after wearing it just once, the jacket ripped under the arm — clear evidence of poor quality or a manufacturing defect. Additionally, despite ordering a size large, it fit like a medium, which raises questions about their sizing standards.

I reached out to Lasmir’s customer service immediately. While they responded quickly, their “solution” was to offer a mere 10-15% refund and a discount for future purchases — instead of honoring a full refund, which I’m well within the return window to request. They repeatedly tried to dissuade me from returning the item by emphasizing the hassle and cost of returns, essentially pressuring me into accepting partial compensation for a faulty product.

Even worse, when I attempted to follow up via email, their mail server rejected my message with a “Mailbox delivery failure policy error” — meaning their listed email address is either non-functional or poorly configured. This makes it nearly impossible to escalate the issue or pursue a proper resolution.

In short:

Poor product quality.

Inadequate and evasive customer service.

Broken communication channel (email doesn't even work).

I regret shopping with Lasmir and would advise others to avoid this company altogether. A company that can’t stand behind its products or maintain basic customer service infrastructure isn’t worth your money.

I ordered a gorgeous cardigan from London... laughable it's taken over 3weeks to arrive yesterday.. I emailed and received the same replies how sorry they were...
The thing that arrived is honestly awful doesn't even resemble a cardigan and certainly isnt wool of any kind... £27 of rubbish furious...

Money taken from my card for product I requested in early September.
Have not received the item or heard anything from the company.
Very disappointed and frustrated.

This company are fraudulent, immoral and unethical in their attitude (that is the polite version). I wish I had read these before using them, but didn't and like many others they sent me the wrong sized item and refused to accept it back to their advertised London address suggesting I send goods to China.
When you complain they spout absolute rubbish and then block your e-mail.

If I could give less than 1star I would. This company is based in China and not the UK as they imply. They only offer tiny partial refund (10-15%) for wrongly sized garment or for a full refund you have to pay to ship it back to China. I will never use them again.

I’ve contacted the id as suggested but just get told that a partial refund has been processed which is the 15% refund I mention above. So no better resolution and my review still stands.

UPDATED REVIEW-Lasmir 'replied' to this review, clearly hasn't read as there is no delay, also there is no 'local stock amd always ship poor quality from outside UK, advises me to email them, I CAN'T, THE EMAILS ARE UNDELIVERED/HAVE BEEN BLOCKED-WONT REFUND...SAVE YOURSELF THE HASSLE AND NEVER ORDER
(Original review)...Avoid at all costs...bag bought, took far too long to arrive. Arrived and was awful quality. Asked for return (within their 'policy', had to reply with reasons...gave reasons. They said I'd received correct item (that wasn't reason I gave)...emails back and forth until they've blocked/rejected my emails and no more correspondence.
