I have purchased 2 cashmere knit cardigans when they arrived this is cheap nylon they are absolutely disgusting. I have tried calling and emails to send these items back but I have no response. I’m contacting trading standards to report this company. I want to return and receive my refund of £49.60. Completely misleading!! Email received from the company and it bounces back this is the same response from this company to all other reviews and still you can’t get hold of them. Scam!!!!!

I have requested the address to be amended and it was confirmed, instead the tracker shows the original address which I have requested to be changed and received a confirmation for this. Now I have been trying to get in touch with Lasmir since yesterday and it seems to be impossible. All communication has been happening via hello lasmir email, the only one that you will find in contact details. Now the emails bounce back with Delivery failure and the email address doesn't exist messages. The phone either goes straight into voice mail or nobody picks up. Texted to that phone number - no response.

Seriously? Please contact me, order LR3862.

This is now an update after Lasmir has responded to my review.
I have said that I am unable to reach you via hello at lasmir dot Com and you (Lasmir) are telling me to contact you on that same email!
I will repeat myself - the emails bounce back (I have tried two different emails from my end), the calls go into voice mail and nobody got back to me after I left voice messages.

I am asking to look at the issue I have mentioned of and get my parcel delivered to the correct address. Thank you

A crooked website. I need to get online fraud to help , they sent me boots that are no way the same as advertised, colour also different. When I tried to get in touch with them , the second time for a refund, they blocked my email address, so I couldn't reach them. Had to involve my bank into this.

Please do not use this company, the goods are not as advertised, they are of poor quality, the so called customer service are a total disgrace doing anything possible to put you off returning goods by offering a small refund and discount of your next purchase, their response to this review was for me to make contact which is difficult when they reject my emails and they return undeliverable, this just shows they have no intention of refunding me.

I received a cotton shirt not an all weather Wax jacket that I ordered or that was advertised.
Scam needs to be closed for good !!

If I could put zero stars I would. Avoid buying from this company at all costs. They sent incorrect sized mule, they are 2 sizes too big trying to get full refund out of them is ridiculous. I don’t want to keep shoes that are 2 sizes too big I can’t wear these so don’t want a 10% refund. Refund all my money and take the product back like your 30 days returns stated on your website and sales of goods act. I have been contacting you at the email address you have given and not had satisfactory responses.

This email address is now bouncing back my emails and I have left phone messages why are you ignoring me and not providing a full refund. Don’t anyone ever buy from this company they are con artists and need to be reported to trading standards

This website is completely misleading. I bought what was advertised as a luxurious cashmere sweater and pants set, only to receive something made from cheap polyester and cotton. Nothing about it is cashmere.

The description promised “premium quality cashmere” and “unparalleled softness and warmth.” What I received feels like a budget high street item at best. This is false advertising and a scam – luring people in with luxury claims and delivering something entirely different.

I feel cheated and disappointed. Buyers beware: the products are not what they claim to be. I will contact Ombudsman and Trading Standards.

I wouldn't even give one star received wrong goods and they were damaged and want me to send back at my expense buyer's beware give London address but can't contact them

A crooked company avoid buying anything from them, their products are not what they advertise on line, they show great photos online but what you receive is a comical representation of that product and they do not accept returns.
They are crooks and should be closed down, it’s a shame you can’t vote with no stars they don’t deserve 1.

I ordered these orthopedic sandals just to have something casual for walking around. They adjust well and don’t rub, but the style is kind of basic. Shipping was on schedule. I’ll use them at home more than going out.

Horrendous, items are cheap will not let me return items for a refund, explained they are big sizings even though I used the size guide on the website, avoid at all costs

Avoid this seller! Bad experience.
I expected a waterproof rain coat but received a very thin and plain material light jacket. The product was of very poor quality and nothing like the pictures on their website. When I asked to return it, they told me I had to ship it back to China at my own expense, even though their website shows a UK address. The return cost is higher than the item itself, making it impossible to get a fair refund. This company misleads customers and does not provide genuine customer service. Always be careful when purchasing online — I wish I had bought from a trusted UK seller instead. I am still disputing the return issue with this seller — a complete nightmare. I read other reviews today and discovered this seller even steals pictures from reputable brands to mislead customers. scammer!

They are scammers. And their pictures don’t match their bad quality products.

Item cheep and nasty. Says easy returns and its not at all. Offered 15% refund not acceptable.
Not good quality stay clear from this site not happy will be reported to ts if full refund not received.
And be aware return address is china.

Despite a U.K. address being included in the return policy, I am being told that I have to return the shoes to China. They took so long to arrive that I ended up buying a different pair.

Nothing Delivered. The fact that the lasmir website claims to have 4.7/5 stars on trust pilot and 3713 reviews where in reality they currently have 2/5 stars and 46 reviews tells us everything we need to know. Even then the positive reviews all smell a bit fishy.. stay away

Not good customer service, which is a shame..
I received an open packet stuck down with some sellotape that had come undone, missing some parts and no instructions..
I have tried contacting on various occasions but no definitive reply..

I ordered a Mac’ which arrived today from lasmir ..the item is cheap, thin horrible, nothing like the picture that they showed on their website,why?because the picture was taken from another reputable retailers website!! What a con Don’t buy from lasmir.

Dodgy company, don't do business with them, I bought an item in July 2025, it never arrived.

I agree with those wishing for zero stars. Ordered shoes. Four days later tracking said it's been delivered which it hasn't. Map pin-points a house quarter of a mile away. It's not there. It's not at any house within half a mile. They don't answer the phone. I should've looked here first.
