I have just completed my sports psychology course with Learning Cloud and found the information great. My tutor gave me great feedback on my assessments and I got a lot out of the course.

Signed up the the electronics course and it was the biggest waste of €545. I would have been better giving the money to a charity as I sure they would have got more out of it. Told be it takes 3 months to complete but I had it all done in a few weeks and a handful of hours spent at it. Very disappointed and to think there is such high talk about the course when you enquire. I have a small background in electronics and wanted to increase my knowledge but instead it went backwards (I already knew everything that was covered). They told me they would ring me during the course and see how I was getting on but of course that never happened. When it came to sending out the cert, I got an email to make sure my address was correct, I sent on my correct address again for the 3rd time and they still couldn't get it correct, so I really would question the service provided. Definitely won't be doing another one through them that's for sure.

I was considering signing up for this course but a person called Filomena would not stop bombarding me with calls and emails when I only wanted one question answered. If you want people to sign up to your course, answer their questions over email, stop calling them and only answer what you're asked.

Trying to get in contact

I have tried sending this email five times now to the office that is supposed to be here in Ireland, I have had issues getting in contact with them before, receiving no proof that they have even gotten my email, so I am emailing this address in hopes of just getting a response as soon as possible.
Apologies if I seem uneasy or irritated, but it would be nice if there weren't so many struggles to get in contact.
I have also tried calling, and I must have the number wrong because it just rings out.

I want to get in contact in relation to terminating my studies
I am doing a course in an advanced certificate in Zoo Keeping.
I have recently gotten a new job with a bigger work load and just no longer have the time or interest to complete my education at this time

If someone could get back to me asap I would really appreciate help on the next step of what needs to be done.
If I need to continue with weekly payments that is fine.

I'm getting no response

All I did was email for a query into a course, I just wanted an info pack.

Instead I have been bombarded with emails and calls from Filomena.

Admittedly the first call I couldn't take and I told her so, and yet I keep getting emails off her.

Very very annoying, especially when you can tell she's pushing for a sale.
I keep getting high pressure texts saying ONLY TWO PLACES LEFT, LET ME SIGN YOU UP TODAY, etc which is extremely annoying and unprofessional.

I HAD been considering actually signing up, but the heavy handed bullying tactics has deterred me.

Helpful advice: don't put the squeeze on people.
