I purchased the Computer Aided Design(CAD) course and found it to be a big mistake and learnt next to nothing that actually helped me improve my knowledge on how to use a CAD software.

If you want to read read and read more but never actually be taught how to do anything on any type of CAD software then this course might be for you.

The greatest school I have attended. Im earning a diploma in Criminology, Kylie Wesley who has been helping me, has been excellent in assisting me with everything ive requested of her. Shes extremely clear about what needs to be done and how. Everyone has been very understanding of my circumstances as well. Awesome help and awesome institution! Thank you

Having studied Playground Design with Learning Cloud I have the following comments to share:
1. They are an absolutely supportive institution that has the success of their students at heart.
2. The tutor who marked my assessments was always ready to pass on advice and motivation in such a way that you wanted to succeed.
3. I thoroughly enjoyed the freedom I had when having to design concept plans and my final toddler playground.
4. This course and the institutions speedy assistance with problems ensured that I achieved my goal that I had set for myself on completing the course in a specific time.
5. Every person I had dealings with at Learning Cloud were absolute champions and I cannot thank them enough for what we all achieved together.
I can highly recommend Learning Cloud to any future students wanting to study.

I recently completed Counselling Skills II with the Learning Cloud online training provider.The course was great, really in depth, compared to Counselling Skills I .By completing this course I
refined my counselling skills even further, and also studied about aggression, depression and suicide, as well, and obtained a wealth of really invaluable information.
I really enjoyed the course, and expanded my counselling and people skills even further.The staff members Kylie, and Jenna who assisted me were great.My tutor Clinton was fantastic, providing me with great encouragement, by way of consistent ongoing positive feedback, and support, throughout the duration of the course. I highly recommend this course for anyone wanting to obtain and refine really good counselling skills. Andrew

I recently completed the Community Specialist Award, focusing on Age Care, Child and Adolescent Mental Health, and Adult Mental Health through a distance learning format. This experience has been incredibly beneficial for both my personal and professional development.

One of the standout aspects of this program was the flexibility it provided. As a full-time worker in the community, I often juggle various responsibilities, including my role as a carer and support worker. Really good course great information and support when needed. Feed back is also great.. if you are interested in a career in these fields. I would recommend doing both of these.

Absolutely amazing workers so helpful and very attentive, I appreciate everything everyone does at this school personally. Always there when you need something for instance I had a fire and lost everything but learning cloud all round were so great to me and sent me out new books I was so thankful for the understanding of my situation such a blessed institute made by blessed workers thank you all n look forward to my next step in education with you guys

Check out reddit for real experiences with learning cloud. There's alot of proof that they are just a scammy call center. Don't give them anymore money! They have already stolen enough. And no they don't give it back.

I just wanted to share my thoughts on the graphic design course I took recently. It was such a breeze to manage, and the website was super user-friendly, making navigation a piece of cake. Kylie Wesley-Land has been an absolute gem to chat with, always informative and helpful. Overall, it's been an incredible journey, and because of the great experience, I've now hopped on board and signed up for the mechanics course. Can't wait to dive into that next adventure!

I'm a newbie at Learning Cloud and I'm just beginning a new chapter of my life with their help. There's a saying which goes "You only get one chance to make a first impression" and Kelsey, our beloved Team Leader and Career Coach, couldn't have done a better job if she'd tried! She really made Learning Cloud stand out to me as a place where I wanted to be a part of for my further education. I'd searched online for a provider of horticulture or permaculture-type courses and put my feelers out to some of them and I never got much response from any of them EXCEPT the next day I had a phone call from Kelsey! Not only was she a friendly voice but her knowledge of what I was looking for and the courses available at Learning Cloud that matched where I'm currently at and where I was wanting to go were second to none. I'm normally very reluctant, dubious and maybe a little suspicious when it comes to spending money over the phone on a first-time contact with someone (we've all heard of scammers, right?) but Kelsey seemed to instil a feeling of trust from the get-go that I have never had any reason to back-track on. Now that I've made a start on the course I've found that I get treated more like a valued friend than "just another student." Enquiries are answered promptly and fully and that first impression created by Kelsey has also been backed up and reinforced by Arnika and Briana at Faculty where nothing is a problem and no question is a dumb question. Thank you all you wonderful ladies, I love your work! :o) The other thing I really appreciate and gel with at Learning Cloud is the freedom to work at my own pace so I can fit it in around full-time employment plus the fact that it's IARC-accredited with international recognition. I'm a very happy camper! :o)

Currently studying the Environmental course and I am enjoying the outline and subject. No problems what so ever. Very informing information in the students manual.

Learning cloud is very well set up and seems like a great company to go with, so originally that’s what I did. I was having a crisis in my life not happy and stressed. I wanted a job from home a remote job. I was looking at jobs I could do and how to get them. Learning cloud came up on google and so I sent in an enquiry. The following day I got a call from the lovely Maddie, she was great made sure I was going down the right path. I decided to go with tesol and paid my full deposit of $1238 over the phone that day. I was excited but also nervous hoping that it was going to all work out. The next few days I received a login account to my tesol. I press the link and it sends me to a website called English explorer with big heading saying something along the lines of “$50 a month and you can get diploma in tesol” that was a red flag there since I paid all this money to do a course that I could’ve searched up properly and got for $50 a month without learning cloud. I could’ve saved myself something around $1100

They said course would take upto 6 months… took me 1 and a half months it had lots of reading and tests but I felt was commonsense tests.

I had issues with the owner of the tesol company because I had finished all my learning and needed certificate but he didn’t see my email and it took so long for me to get it. He made me feel very silly and stupid.

And now every place that I’ve applied for online for tesol don’t even take my application into consideration.

I feel like I had lost lots of money and been scammed for just doing something that would better me as a person and make me happy. This whole experience has made me more stressed than I was to begin with.

I’m still waiting to hear from them as I have reached out and asked for a help last month and nothing has come from it

Nicole was knowledgeable and listened to what I wanted to achieve, turns out i wasn’t enquiring about the right course that suited what I wanted to achieve. She was amazing. I love that the courses have flexibility with papers and time to complete them. Thank you so much.

I completed the Dog Psychology and Training course with the intention of establishing my own obedience classes. It took me a few weeks to adjust to online learning, but once I settled in, I truly enjoyed the experience. I was eager to work through the units and complete the assignments. I appreciated the flexibility of being able to study at my own pace and proceed to the next unit even before submitting my work. This flexibility allowed me to make faster progress. The content was interesting and covered cases that I am likely to encounter in my future classes. Receiving a certificate at the end will serve as a valuable reference for both myself and my clients

My experience with this company has been amazing. Their willingness to help made me studying so much more stress free. I started my journey with Sam and his been amazing.The tutors feedback encourages you to keep going. I did a child and adolescent counselling certificate course and are now finished. There was no pressure to get assignments done. I was working and studying and running a household how I did it is beyond me but I did the tutors encouraging you helped a lot. I felt worthy that I could study as a matured lady and now enter the job I love. Thank you learning cloud faculty for your politeness and helpfulness. I would recommend learning cloud to anyone wanting to learn around working.

Currently I'm doing a Business money management course and it has woken me up to things I thought I knew but didn't. Everything is well explained and accessible. Any issues or problems I need explaining are available through email as I struggle talking. My tutor is prompt with replying to any problems I come across.
I would like to 100% give my total recommendations to using Learning Cloud and intend to do another course after I've finished my current one .

As a new student, I am impressed with the content of the Diploma in TESOL course. It has theoretical depth and is also highly practical. This makes me confident about the quality of the course and the skills I will learn. I have had positive interactions with my tutor, Harry and Jenna, the Senior Career Coach who has been very supportive in following-up my progress. I am very happy that I can complete the course at my own pace. To be sure, I recommend the Learning Cloud programme.

The completed the Professional Supervision course recently. The course and assignments were well structured. After completing the course I fell confident that I'll be able to fulfil the role of a professional supervisor.
The tutor did an excellent job of encouraging and guiding me through the assignments. He was timely in his marking of the assignments.
This course and Learning Cloud are highly recommended. I mentioned the course to a friend has she is almost finished with the course. Her comments have also been positive.

Worse experience ever. The guy called Sam I think was his name was rude and abnoxious over the phone. Just accused me of doing enquiries and never doing any courses! How does he know I never did them? I did them through a different provider as it suited my schedule. Phone calls over phonecards. Pushy people. The message I got over the phone seemed like I was wasting his time!
Arrogant and nasty people! Stay away if you can
