Très très bon accueil et très exceptionnelle disponibilité de l équipe sur place et des représentants du COLLECTIONIST ( Justine parfaite en tout point )
Maison en très bon état et conforme ( presque ) au descriptif.
Déception ,cependant, sur une des chambres, sans vraie fenêtre et accolée à la salle de gym , présentée comme une chambre à 3 lits ( lit d appoint en fait) .
Il faudrait un peu plus de transparence sur le fait que cette chambre ne doit pas être considérée comme au même niveau que les autres.
Enfin problème d odeurs de canalisation, aussi dans la même zone que la chambre mentionnée , rendant le séjour un peu deceptif sur ce plan là…Donc 8/10 pour ce seul sujet ..le reste parfait.
Excellente prestation de cuisine et de service connectés par « Iam your chef » .
Ma première expérience avec le COLLECTIONIST que je recommanderai autour de moi . Bref très content de ces 15 jours!!

First class experience (again). From the initial booking we felt assured we were in good hands. The communication was regular and informative. The services available pre-trip were made known to us for consideration - even down to the first shopping done for us. The WhatsApp group set up for the trip proved to be a really effective means of communication.

The service in terms of response time every time we had a question about the villa was super quick and perfect. They arranged great surf lessons for the family within 24 hours, all so easy. The cleaning twice a week is also great. Check in and check out at the villa also very well arranged, quick, easy and personal. Great experience overall.

The house was very nice in a quiet place and near the beach the concierge were very helpful and friendly

Our week spent in a Le Collectionist villa in Hossegor was fantastic. Starting from Fanny, who welcomed us and showed us around, to all the villa amenities, everything was held to the highest standard. Le Collectionist team was always ready to help in solving different domestic and administrative problems. The week went by so fast, and we’re sure to return next year, of course using Le Collectionist to rent another villa. Thank you for amazing holiday!

The setting was beautiful. The home and the grounds were amazing. The weather was wonderful. The activities arranged were perfect. It was a perfect combination of relaxation with activities

Nous avons passés de magnifiques vacances. La Maison était a la hauteur de nos attentes excepté la mauvaise litterie (torticolli toutes les vacances).

Reactivité des equipes sur place impeccable et toujours agréable (Adrien merci encore!!). Les femmes de ménages étaient adorables et professionelles.
Mais surtout merci a Pauline et toute l’equipe de la conciergerie. Pauline a été tres reactive, présente et attentive au moindre detail.
Voila 6 étés que nous partons avec Le Collectionist en Corse et je pense que c’était l’une des meilleures experiences de conciergerie que nous avons eu.

A l’année prochaine !

Great advice overall and exceptional service.

Avec les prix factures, les villas devraient etre irreprochables ainsi que les prestations et le service. Encore une fois, on s'apercoit que les villas ne sont pas visitees regulierement et encore moins visitees avant l'arrivee des clients. Du coup, il y a des problemes que nous rencontrons qui ne devraient etre transparents pour nous.

From our first viewings of eight villas through to booking our three-week stay in Ibiza, the service was nothing short of amazing. Everything was made so easy, and the team were always on hand to answer any questions or arrange anything we needed. Truly exceptional from start to finish.

La villa est très belle le chef et le personnel parfait nous avons rencontré un problème pas de rideaux occultant dans la suite principale lié 3eme jour le collectionniste a trouvé une solution et le gros soucis nous avons loué une villa avec 5 chambres et en faite uniquement 4 chambres il était bien spécifié dans le contrat signé 8 adultes et 2 enfants nous étions avec 1enfants j’ai un couple d’amis qui devait passer je n’ai pas pu les loger de plus ma belle fille a été obligé de dormir 1 nuit avec une amie car je n’avais pas de 5eme chambre !!!! C’est une publicité mensongère!!!! J’espère qu’en compensation financière sera faite je vous souhaite une très belle soirée FCommuneau

La maison proposée était magnifique et parfaite pour notre famille et le service de concierge remarquable. Experiences culinaires inoubliables sur Tinos grâce aux réservations effectuées avant notre arrivée.

pool and large garden was beautiful, charming, typical Spanish style, consistent with the photos. High level of household equipment (important for our family). Very pleasant environment.
Concierge service in Barcelona failed to adapt to our family demands: inappropriate proposals and prices too exorbitant. Communication has been difficult. With the help of our very professional contact of Le Collectionnist in Paris, solutions have been found.

Great holidays as a very large group in Provence, a magical week!

Nice house and quiet environment. The owner was very welcoming and helpful to make us feel comfortable. All the family had a good time. Really appreciated the 4 hours of cleaning per day included.
4/5 review because of two small inconveniences : cameras in certain areas inside so not ideal for privacy and the sound isolation within the house was limited.
However, overall I would recommend to stay in this house.

Le contact relationnel était très bon, en l'occurrence la réactivité de Maevrik, mais les services associés à la location de la villa assez déceptifs

The Villa was beautiful, positioned with a direct view over the sea with all facilities. We had 8 teenagers so the communal pool was used a lot. The concierge experience was professional and helpful. Marta who met us was lovely and very helpful.
Two downsides - the music system for the terrace/dining room did not work during our stay, so we couldn’t enjoy music in the communal area. Also the parking on the road/pavement was difficult and I ended up scratching the people carrier vehicle bodywork (which proved expensive). Probably ok for a smaller vehicle.
Overall it was a great Villa and we had a lovely holiday
