I don't typically write reviews often. So when I do it's either because I was very unhappy.. or happy. And I gotta say i was pleasantly surprised by how nice my glasses were when they came! I won't lie I wasn't expecting much especially with such a low cost. But they shipped fast, and they're absolutely adorable! Great strong quality and most importantly is that I could see great! I figured at least the lenses would be not so great but they're really all around awesome and I'm so so glad I took a change and gave them a try!! There's alot of reviews that are just to get money or whatever it is people get but I'm an actual real happy and new costumer!! Thank you!!!

My experience ordering Prada frames was good. Mr Conner sent me pictures of the frames I was looking for.
He told me that for any reason I did not like the frames they could be returned.
When I received the frames, I was not happy with the frames. 1/2 of the frame was much darker. The guilty of the frame was not what I wanted.
I returned the frames to the address on the shipping label.
The return was shipped on June 27 and received July 2 with a confirmation tracking #.
I have not received my credit to my account as of July 12.
I have sent messages via email.
When can I expect my refund.

Recent warranty response on product. The eyeglasses were returned and a new pair will be sent back to me. Easy transaction.

High quality product with deliveries on time. i suggest this path.

Website has many issues. Very slow and hard to use. When I attempted to call them, for two days in a row, someone finally returned my call. Once the item was purchased I did receive the product a timely manner. I decided to return the glasses frame. It took at least three request to get a return label from them. After sending the frames back, and waiting approx. 20 days, I had to call them and ask where my money was. Only then did I get my refund. I will never, never, use their business again and don't recommend them for others.

Excellent service, My glasses fit perfectly and my lenses were done correctly. I highly recommend Lens & Luxe for prescription glasses. Connor is awesome to work with!

Great lenses bifocals and delivered on time

They did not have my item in stock and took them until I reached out to inquire as to the status to tell me that.

It took 3 weeks to get my glasses after being told they were working on them I found out they had not even received the lenses. They were slow and not above board. Never again’
