The product was great
The product was great. The communication not as much. I ordered the frame for overnight shipping and believe it would be out the door on Monday. I paid an extra $40 for that. But did not get the frame until Friday. I understand the issue partially because I used Afterpay but if they are not paying your office don’t make that a payment option as I could have paid regular method. If I had known about or been contacted about the delay or refunded the overnight fee my score would be higher. I called at least 3 times before the same was shipped out.

Fast delivery, exactly what I ordered.
I ordered from here but wasn’t entirely sure because I hadn’t seen many reviews. It was the exact sunglasses I ordered, delivered quickly.

Updated, they have rectified the issue. Legit company.
It has never shipped. I have received no communication. Sent an email and have received no response.
Update. After the company saw this review the reached out and explained that the glasses were out of stock and they have issued me a refund. My only complaint is it took this review to hear from them, as opposed to telling me within a reasonable amount of time after I ordered. I would try again with this company. They are legit and took care of the issue. Just need to be more preemptive and not make the customer chase them down.

It was a great experience ordering from you. My order arrived today. I was super disappointed. They were not the style I was hoping for. I could not tell by the photos. My previous ones had a round glittered ear piece and smaller, more rectangular frames. Do you have those?
