My Glasses werw sent to me with the wrong prescription. i thiink had to pay to ship them back to have this issue corrected.

I had a problem with the coating on my lenses. It was causing me to have to clean them all the time. I contacted Lensesrx and they remade my lenses for me. I've been using them for years and have always had a good experience.

Had new lenses installed on my old frames. Vision was blurry when I received them back. I reached out to LensesRx customer service with this issue. They were very apologetic and sent a shipping label to return them in order to re-do the lenses.
The second attempt was much better! My vision was clearer and the glasses did not give me a headache.
I am very please with LensesRx, and will use their services again.

Was extremely disappointed that I didnt receive a pair of prescription sunglasses that I had ordered and paid expedited shipping on in the time frame that I was assured I would receive them by. I was counting on them for a baseball tournament and not receiving them left me in a bind. Their customer service folks did however seem to be fair and easy to work with.

Order processed and shipped fast. Prescription quality seems no worse than Zenni. Perhaps a little better. More options for lenses than Zenni for sure.

I had a Silhouette frame and my regular optician’s office gave me a price of around $400 to get new lenses. LensesRx updated my Silhouette frames with new lenses for less than $200. Will definitely use again!

I received my lenses in less than a week for my generation 2 meta glasses and they are perfect. I am so happy that I went with lensesrx. Not only were they affordable but they are perfect.

Aside from the post office holding on to my package for days after it should have been here, I've been trying for an hour to get the prescription lens into my glasses and they just don't fit.
