We dispatch our products to most EU countries from our central warehouse located in Slovakia. In our offer you can find special coffee machines: Cafelat Robot, Flair espresso, La pavoni, Rancillio, ROK espresso; coffee grinders: 1Zpresso; and our own brand of barista tools 4Barista. Nobody answering
I ordered and paid a manual grinder and a kettle and I never received any confirmation or any other mail (398 euros order).
I called them, no answer... Instagram... No answer... Three mails, no answer either...

There’s no excuse for the lack of communication. It seems your messages were unfortunately overlooked, and we’re genuinely sorry about that. This is not the experience we want anyone to have with our store.
