When I chose this site I had never heard of it before and was a bit hesitant; I wanted to order a Flair Pro 2 espresso machine, and I wanted European shipping to avoid customs and additional tax, and what convinced me in the end was that among several websites this was the only one where all of these applied:
- the shipping was done from inside the EU;
- the stock of products was full and varied;
- the prices were honest.

I visited a couple of other websites who either didn't have any stock of anything, or they had part of what I wanted, or everything but at way higher prices - which makes no sense, especially comparing products such as the Flair to its counterpart on the original American website.

LessWasteCoffee shipped from the EU for free since I qualified for it, and with a service that allowed me to later choose a place to deliver the package to instead of my house, for greater personal convenience; they also had all the accessories that I wanted, and were even kind enough to add a freebie to my order, which was much appreciated, along with a very nice message written on the inside of the box.

I'm not one who leaves lots of reviews, but I just couldn't avoid writing one after receiving this service.
I recommend it wholeheartedly to everyone, especially customers from the EU.

I really recommend this shop, I've bought Flair 58 and product was as described, With product I received also a list with community group recommendations.
Truly amazed by how fast it arrived.
A little bit confused that after I Shipped, they're started to offer gift - WDT tool...
But I think we can never know our future :)
