De bestelling ging fout door een probleem in hun systeem. Ze hebben mijn geld retour beloofd, maar dit niet uitgevoerd. Pas op met deze website! Het lijkt op fraude

1. The Staresso machine is not damaged — the only part affected was the basket, which became stuck. The machine itself is completely intact and unused beyond this first attempt.

2. The aftermarket basket is 53mm, the same size specified on the official Staresso website. It is marketed as compatible. Blaming customers for using parts that are explicitly listed as supported is dishonest.

3. Yes, I tried to remove the basket—carefully at first, and only resorted to tools after it became impossible to remove by hand. The fact that it seized on day one is the real issue here. If a "compatible" basket gets stuck immediately and cannot be removed without tools, that’s a flaw in design or tolerances—not user abuse.

4. Nowhere on your site do you warn that use of a standard 53mm basket would void the warranty. If that’s your position, it should be made clear up front.

5. Regarding materials: your product page says the chamber is stainless steel. It is not disclosed that there is plastic in contact with hot water, which is misleading by omission. Your reply again avoids taking responsibility by playing with technicalities like “we never said 100%.”

Finally, your comment about "threats" is an unprofessional attempt to discredit me publicly. I’ve asked for a fair resolution through proper channels. Exposing a company’s refusal to honor basic warranty obligations is not a threat—it’s accountability.
