I am waiting for my book to be delivered since the 29/1 and today is the 12th of February, so far the only option is to be patient according to Libristo 's feedback and the book will eventually be delivered. Not good enough and for sure the last time I will be using your services. I do not recommend Libristo.

Unreliable company
Firstly - it's not Libristo Portugal just the website in Portuguese, all goods are not sent from PT.
Secondly - the advertised times of arrivals are unreliable and the seller can't even communicate properly with the delivery company.
I consider my money stolen - I've asked for refund and was asked for patience. I have no patience after four weeks of waiting for Christmas gifts. I do not recommend.

They are not transparent with delivery times
I purchased a book for my son as a Christmas present on December 1 seeing that the delivery time estimate was set for the 16th. After a couple of weeks, I emailed them and their response was very vague and general claiming that time of delivery is not the same as the time it ships (which is not what my purchase receipt claims). He couldn’t even give me a rough estimate. Christmas passes and still nothing. I had to explain to my son why he didn’t get his present. After 3 1/2 weeks, I receive an email saying it was finally being shipped! That I would have to wait 4-5 days for delivery. Well the 4-5 days has already passed and I’m still waiting. When I track package, it says it hasn’t even arrived at the delivery center yet! I will never buy from this company again. They are dishonest and non-transparent in their dealings.
Update: It is now officially the last day of the month and I have no idea where my package is. The tracking says it’s still in transit after claiming 4-5 day delivery. They must get their products from another planet because nowhere on earth does it take this long to ship!!

Books hard to get
The book I got from Libristo is from a collection that's always really hard to get in Portugal, I waited for 6 months for amazon to delivered and then they canceled by order, luckily enough I searched to buy online and found Libristo, in something like 3 weeks I got the book I wanted and it was really well packed, so no damage at all in transit. From now on I'll order this collection from Libristo in the first place.
